Love all the modifications. I practiced with Boho Beautiful for years. Enter Covid and a 2 concussions and I find my 15+ years of yoga practice gone, my body needs to relearn everything. Today is my first Yoga day in 2 years where I didn’t fall. Joy, pure Joy and Gratitude. Thank you for sharing and for “You are exactly where you need to be.” I have said that as a Mantra to get me through the past few years and will continue to do so.

I needed this. I’ve been so stressed.. Heavenly Father, only you know the burdens I face. As a single mom I’m struggling to make ends meet. Lord give me strength to get through each day. Both of my sons are special needs and require much from me. It’s difficult to raise children alone. BUT I keep faith Lord Jesus. Even as I struggle to pay rent and as I struggle to buy groceries for my children. Jesus deliver me. I know that God will provide he has this far.❤️

I found this video about a month ago, and since then have started every morning off with yoga and have been increasing my time. I admit i don't really care for any of the breathing meditation stuff, but I stuck with it because it's good to try new thing and push your comfort zone as an adult. Overall, I'd say I have noticed a dramatic improvement in my overall well being. I don't wake up sore/stiff any more, I feel loose and limber all the time.. I'm in my mid 40s, but feel younger now. The only real downside is pretty much everyone in my life is now sick of hearing how I'm super into yoga because it makes me feel good. This video is now the bear minimum video every day and I am really happy I found it. Thank you.

I'm thinking back to 2017 when I first started doing yoga and workouts with Bohobeautiful's videos. It feels surprising to me that I've been watching for 7 years now. Boho is absolutely my favorite instructor for morning yoga or stretching after a workout

Juliana I have been following you since 5 years and you have honestly given me the true meaning of health and wellness. How much time did it take you to be able to fully extend your legs when doing the downward dog ? I am on the stiffer part of the spectrum where i cant do splits yet even when i am stretching every 2 days ( and suffering for another week in recovery because it makes me feel even stiffer next day ) and still bending my legs on the dog because fully extending, or even trying feels like im pulling something that is about to break any second. I would love to know more about how you got where you are and how much time did it take you to get there
