None of these videos ever show any evidence that these stretches even work. If they did work then there would be before and after photos. A few light stretches like this isn't going to change the shape of bones. It just gives false hope to people looking for a genuine solution.

She is just showing the exercises. Look at her she doesn't have bow legs. How can she show before and after picture. In that case you have to try it and see if it works. Otherwise go to a doctor

While some cases of bow legs are due to bone deformity. Most of these are actually exercises that work your internal rotators and hip adductors which pull your femur inwards taking some tension off of the outer ligaments of the knee. It might not cure a person like that, but it sure can help in reducing pain or correcting less severe cases.

It's a choice.. you don't have to believe on this video and also we don't have to believe in you 😌.. I have bow legs and I'm saving to have it check to a professional but while doing that I'm also watching lots of video exercises that could at least help my bow leg for a moment. People watching this video probably have their own different reasons. I've been binge watching different kinds of exercises for bow legs And let me tell you this exercises she showed are very similar to them.. and what she showed is not even half of what other professionals are showing.. I've been doing those exercises including what she showed here and it works on me. But like what I said in the beginning.. It's a choice.. you don't have to believe on this video and also we don't have to believe in you.

I have bow legs since childhood I don't see any problem in walking but in one leg I feel slightly pain for walking like 30 minutes or more. If I am talking about present I am 25 and don't feel any such problem Do I still need to correct it ? For me it's just a shape of legs I didn't consider this as a illness .

She won't reply Dont believe exercise wi change the structure of bone A bone is concrete like, it's even compared to steel. You can straighten it but you need tremendous strength and when you finally straighten it YOU CAN IT BREAK, yes bone is bit elastic but it's more concrete like so you need to break your leg inorder to straighten it. It's hard but you need to face truth. They are just making content so that they will have passive income.

@@thinktwice3710 u are wrong, there are exercises which help straightening the bone, believe it or not but there was an ad popup months ago but i dont remember who it was, she was selling Package of bow legs exercises, surgeries leave scars and sometimes can even mess up your mobility skills
