Amy I’m so glad I found your channel again!! I started watching you when you got Ruby, since we were getting a puppy around the same time! I had a baby last year so I got away from watching KZbin for a while, but now with a toddler I’m looking for family friendly meals and am so excited to get back to watching your videos again! The stew looked yummy! A new meal we’ve been really enjoying are muffin tin chicken tacos! You spray the muffin tin and then put a flour tortilla in and top with seasoned shredded chicken, Mexican shredded cheese and we like salsa on top too. Then you bake in the oven on 350 until the tortilla becomes crispy and top with sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, tomato etc. Delicious! They are almost bite size so it goes great with a side of Spanish rice 👌🏻

WOw, that is more meals than I have made in a month! LOL. Being empty nesters is hard! :). I remember when my three girls were home and trying to come up with new meals that everyone would eat was difficult. You made some great looking dinners. I will have to give some of them a try! I have a list of 31 meals and I rotate through them each month. Meals are hard because my husband can't eat meat. Ugh. How can I cook. I'm excited to try your recipes.
