Hi Rashmi, it was chance coming across your Yoga for Senior Citizens. When I saw your Grandmother who is 86 yrs old doing Yoga with so much ease I thought it should not ebe difficult for me who is 82 to learn and practice these yoga postures. I have saved your few video and started practicing them watching them. Thank you Rashmi for teaching senior citizens to keep our bodies fit.

This yoga is really relaxing for grandmothers like me who are looking to do yoga in a relaxing surrounding. On the whole a well thought out Yoga practice in a homely surrounding. Look forward everyday to meet up with the Rashmi family and pet😊
