I am now 28 weeks and I have really struggled with food aversions. Normally I follow starch solution lots of veggies and potatoes but this pregnant I can’t even prepare a potato. Fruit got me though the first 16 weeks and now it’s salads. My only craving has been chickpeas -literally I can eat a whole can. . I have also found making homemade kale chips with tahini a lifesaver to get those extra calories and greens in. I am definitely giving those burgers a go tonight. They looked lovely and fingers crossed the bean loving bump loves them too. X

A great video! For sure things come differently with each pregnancy including food lol. I know salad with my pregnancies was a no. They were winter babies and one the pregnancy was mainly during the winter to this day I do not trust a salad in the winter, but the brown rice, couscous and quinoa bowls I will do those. That’s great that you get to have your green juice I know that makes you happy so when I saw that I said alright!!!! I’m so happy for you and your family baby #2 zoomin and boomin!

I had massive nausea with my son who was born with a full head of hair. I had almost none with my daughter who was born bald. Many of my friends this past year have opted for home births in which all went splendid without issues.

Hi Erin, did you try Mary ruth vitamins/probiotics.. They are liquid too and I think pretty good. As you mentioned you prefer liquid supplements just wondering what are your thoughts on Mary ruth products. I am also pregnant with my second child(due in June) and my toddler son is also a month older than your kiddo.. I will try your recipes too.. I got some aversion towards green things too as compared to my first pregnancy. Also I am finding it quite hard compared to first pregnancy, I am just super tired now and also taking care of toddler is quite demanding.

Thanks soooo so much for this video. A few questions... I have major digestive issues but love my greens ... but I fear I struggle digesting them... :( I struggle with fats and big portions too... or too much cooked food. If you have any advice is welcomed. I also was on the Seed probiotic, but the capsules were too big for me :( I wish they had a liquid formula ... so now I have gone back to a liquid spore probiotic called LivespoColon.

Maybe try lightly steaming your greens and see if that helps until your body adapts and adjusts. Smaller more frequent meals are better than large meals that leave you feeling weighed down, and typically high carb low fat is going to be better. High fat meals never lend well to digestion..

Congrats on your 3rd pregnancy!! My advice is to either start by making 1 meal a day vegan (smoothie or oatmeal for breakfast) and just focus on one meal a day, then 2, then finally 3. Another way would be to just focus on eliminating one type of meat at a time (chicken, fish, beef). Focus on protein and iron rich replacements like legumes (lentils are our fave), beans, whole grains, and organic soy products like tofu. :) If you'd like individual coaching, EatMoveRest.com/coaching
