Thank you very much for sharing your story and this helpful video. Many years ago I was diagnosed with an eye disorder that involved leaks behind the retinas. The eye doctor believed it was caused by doing too many inversions, especially headstands and shoulder stands. He asked me to refrain from doing yoga while the condition was monitored. After six years, the disorder resolved itself. I have since returned to yoga but no longer practice those two asanas. You are correct that pranayama helps a lot and so do the eye exercises you offer here. There seems to be very little conversation in the yoga community about the possibility of eye issues and how to work with them. I am grateful for this video.
