So the way to work with them is to have one main video that you do daily for the whole face, I'd be recommending 40+ or 50+ workout. In addition identify which areas of the face needs work, then choose videos that resonate with you and add them to your main routine. But of course it depends on how much time you have ! You can also split across days if time is limited, aiming to rotate the videos addressing the areas of concern in your weekly rota 🌸 Hope this helps!😀

Thank you for your kind words and glad your face is enjoying my workouts !🌸💆♀ I do work with cheek muscle strengthening a lot as it affects the outcome of so many ageing conditions such as NS folds, marionette lines, Malar bags etc. so if you are doing several of my workouts a day, then do one set of the cheek exercises rather than repeating them several times in different videos. Hope it makes sense!

I'm having a hard time believing that 1 series of each excercise will do the job of hipertrophy. I've seriously lost volume in my checks, most likely because of aging facial fat lost, but I think is also because I was depressed for a long time, not smiling at all, not interacting with humans, just tons of reading in silence. How many repetitions, series and time per week should I practice this? I'm used to work out my body muscles every day in 5/5 series of 15-25 reps (Depending of muscles strenght and endurance), and I tend to think the same logic should be aplied to my face. I'm I wrong?

It's very easy to overwork the face muscles as they are so small so whatever method we apply to the body workout should not be the same for the face. If you're worried you're underworking the face muscles, by all means increase the receptions to 20 or so but the danger is if your muscles are weak you will be compensating for that somewhere else in the face, creating tension (which would lead to more ageing!). So if you're just starting face yoga, form is more important than number of reps, so getting your technique correct is the most important thing, so focus on this instead. You may choose to repeat the whole routine once in the morning and once in the evening. Hope this helps! 🌸

Please don't get hung up on days, we're talking about weeks and in some cases months, depends on the extent and severity of ageing ! Face Yoga is not something that we do for a few days and then stop, as that way we are not able to maintain any results we create. Instead Face Yoga allows us a moment of self connection and self appreciation in our otherwise busy hectic lives, and allows us to view our faces, and ourselves with love whilst creating a smoother more lifted appearance 🌸💆♀

Pulses should feel like tiny muscle contractions in the apples of the cheeks, so yes we're controlling and isolating the upper cheeks muscles. It takes a bit of practice to activate them, try connect to them in your mind and with practice you'll be able to feel the pulses 🌸
