But I just love your positivity for some one who struggles with working out and not making the space toxic with negative self talk fueled with vanity and self induced body shaming you always help me harness and sustain an elevated mind frame when I work out and you don’t know how much it means to me. I used to watch and practice your videos until I was put on this horrible medication that caused weight gain, among many other horrible side effects. I started your ab and waist routine and can already feel a difference after a week. your work is amazing and I love your style & attitude. thank you!

Thanks for the upload ...,.a very well articulated workout .. extremely effective if done daily even without much diet restrictions....ur choice of music is an added bonus ......u make us addicted and later it becomes a habit. A healthy one though!!!!

Hi Susana! I have knee pain and that hinders my activities. I do exercises daily from your exercises for upper back, waist ,face fat and lower abdomen. My weight is 98. I am trying my best to reduce it but in vain. Please help me to reduce it and get body in shape with this knee issue.

Susana, I really dig your videos. But YT keeps putting adds in the middle, and of course at the beginning. It's very annoying to do a work out and have a commercial half way through. I hope you're getting paid; I hope you're aware of this. Greedy Monsters; I hope they read this.

Go slow or do less rep or if than also you have same problem than you must give more time (normally muscle takes 24hrs for recovery) to recover your muscles
