I am filling my progess here (I suffer from pcos) Day 1- done Day 2- done, my body is sore from yesterday but I did it (76kg) Day 3- done,75.5kg Day 4 - done ,75.4kg Day 5- done ,74.5kg i took a cheat day today plus i had a busy schedule so i did the Lilly sabri 10 min cardio workout. i see the clear skin and changes in my body Day-6 (Skipped) Day-7(Skipped) Day -8 (Skipped) Day-9 Done Day 10 done Day-11 done Day -12 done Day-13 skipped Day-14-done Day-15-skipped Day-16-done(75.4kg)(also I added yoga to my schedule) Day-17- done Day-18-skipped(cheat day) Day-19-skipped(cheat day) Day-20- Done Day-21 - Done Day-22 Done (75.5 kg)

I've done several of these online workouts from several creators. I personally found yours to be very motivating & nice! Not in the way where you're screaming at me to "JUST DO IT" but your words are encouraging, motivating, inspirational & easier to focus on, which keeps my motivation going. Also, I like how you change the music often, that also keeps my attention & focus sharper since the change in pace helps. Also I soooo prefer no repeats lmao 😅 I'm trying to improve cardio but I still also like no jumping so this was just a perfect workout for me overall xD I'll be back tomorrow!

only if I could share or post some of my before and after pic here. 4 years ago I’ve been looking for a workout that is not too intense and too much excessive jumping workouts for me as a beginner which there are a lot here in youtube and done most of it but failed to finish their whole workout videos cuz its too boring and lack of motivation as an audience until, I find ms. Emi wong workout works for me. I was 90 kg that time until I dropped 25 kg for ONLY just doing her full cardio no jumping excercises workout videos 3 times a week (mon, wed, fri) and the rest 2 stretching videos (tues,thurs). well, after i lost that kg I then was diagnosed for gallstones--got admitted to the hospital. Unfortunately, I was not able to do my emi wong workput routine for 4 weeks pf healing to resume my workouts. But that doesn’t stop me from working out cuz, there are some of ms. emi wong workouts that are not to intense and light for you to do. Thanks to these videos I got my dream weight goal. I’m now 54 kg (120 pounds) happy and contended, and healthy. Like the other positive omments, her videos doesn’t only have a lot of motivation quotes but it makes you to “DO IT! listen to your goals! make it! achieve it because YOU CAN!” p.s I commented right after finishing this workout lol.

Congratulations to the ones who have already completed the workout and keep fighting to the ones who are in the middle of it you can do it, so keep going fighting 💪. This workout is too perfect, with no jumping and no repetitive exercise, but just by the name of the exercise, you know you are going to die😂😂😂😂 this workout is perfect for those days when you feel like you can't do it but end up doing something really good for your body ❤❤❤ a big thumbs up👍👍👍

GUYS REMIND ME BY NOTIFICATIONS I JS STARTED IM 130 LBS RN MY GOAL IS 120 LBS (and also this vid was posted a day ago! i was doing the 4 yr ago version of this before ^^) Week 1: No diet eat whatever lfmao Day 1- ✅ (still 128.9 lbs) Day 2- ✅ (not checking till end of week!) Day 3- ✅ (My waistline went down from 39 to 38!) Day 4- ✅ (Going pretty easy now) Day 5- ✅ (Feeling pretty confident) Day 6- check! Day 7- done w/ week 1, 128 pounds w/ a lot of fast foods and sweets every single day!! Lost 2 pounds guys Week 2- no more sweets Day 8- volleyball tournament so couldnt Day 9- Was so tempted to eat an oreo… but I made it through!! I literally love this one SM and the adjusted workouts + the breaks are longer between set, you improved so much Emi Wong!! @@SimplyBloxburg826 i told u already in my comment that i was using the 30 min 4 yr version hiit before this! but, okay, mb i should’ve just posted this comment on the 4 yr version, but honestly, i like this version better (because its updated and longer breaks, before it was just a 20 sec break between each set and thats the same as any other workout break, but now its 1 min break). so im still keeping my comment if that’s ok w/ u 🩷🩷

Ive been doing Emi work.out the one she wearing the lightgreen .The other day i decided to try another videos whvh lead me to this.I sweat so much but couldnt finish the whole cardio.I stop at 25.I try to do it again to tmrw.hope to finish the whole 30 minutes.Thankyou Emi❤

Wow!!! Can't believe I did it!! My target for now is to do it for 3 consecutive days. Day 1 ✅ It was difficult at times. I really struggled to hold the first lunge, i think i held for like 5 to 7 seconds vefore starting to continue the lunge. In the second lunge I held the entire time but may have taken some support from my bed at one point. 😅 Some other exercises as well were difficult and I did almost an easier version of many of them. Day 2 ✅ I have to go somewhere today and i know if I left wothout doing this I wouldn't have done it today at all, so I just did it earlier because of which I ended up doing this workout 2 times in the past 24 hours. Day 3 ❎ I went shopping with my sister as was way too tired to do it. Day 4 ✅ Damn was it difficult but I think taking a rest day really helped me. Day 5 ✅ Honestly I am still doing a different version of many exercises in this like the planks, I just hold the plank which for me is challenging enough. Also the side plank, I do a completely different exercise but in that same position hopefully in the next few days I am able to do a side plank. 🎯 Next target: Make it to day 10. Day 6 ❎ Whats with me and skipping on the workout every 2 days? Day 7 ✅ It was really difficult to show up today. I only got to half of the video before I decided to call it a day. Day 8 ✅ Yayyyy!! 🎉🎉 Did the entire video after 2 whole days it definitely feels like an achievement. I am still doing a very easy version of mist exercises as I am just unable to do what she's doing, especially the side lunge cant manage to do that still.

Okay. Got my butt kicked. Managed to do all the exercises, though some better than others. Reverse lunges (including diagonals) remain a challenge due to my knee, but got through them as best I could. This will be a good alternate workout when I want to do something different.
