Doing it for 1 week! Day 1: it's so tiring, but after finishing it feels so good to exercise! 2:pretty tired like yesterday, but I feel more relaxed and I can do it longer. 3:kinda chill today, not as much tired as before, and I can feel more fit! 4: I'm late today cus of my test day, today is pretty chill for me, so really relaxing and I feel tired really less! 5:so chill today, I can feel more of my muscle grow💪🏼 6:pretty chill today, very less tired! One day more to go!🎉 7:so chill today!! Yay!🎉 finally! I finish my 1 week goal! Now it's time for WEEK 2! Day 8:I feel my upper abs muscle start to becoming much harder that the first day!! 9:I noticed that my belly loose a bit more☺️ 10:still tired but I feel much stronger, I can do it more faster and longer 11:today I take a rest often because I feel sick, but I still do finish the exercise tho, just more tired 12:my sickness is better, and I can do all this pike normal now 13:I can see my muscle more visible, but still need to exercise more 14:my upper abs muscle is now hard, but not visible, I just feel like my body was much more in shape! @@calamjtyyes! I am actually rarely eat junk food, only snacks. But I start to eat less snack and more of vegetable, fruits and I always try to drink 6-8 glass of water everyday! But I still sleep late and I'm working on that one either! And instead of scrolling on social media, I start to do another thing instead, like my hobbie or do more exercise! But the most important is, I never lost my exercise streak!❤

@@i-yd4wu girl i could barely push through it on the first day the pain was INTENSE. But maybe coz you dont have much fat in your lower belly era? so it may seems chill for you. My only advice is stay consistent for a week, if it doesnt work for you then choose another workout routine

Start weight: 65kg height: 5'3 Trying this workout for 2 weeks!! EDIT: I was grounded and I missed too many days so I will restart Day 1: ✅️ Day 2: ✅️ I was still sore from yesterday but I finished Day 3: ✅️ Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅️ Day 6: ✅️ I was able to complete the first 2 sets without taking a break I'm so happy!! Day 7: ✅️ I did notice that my stomach got flatter Results: I noticed some big changes! My stomach looked flatter and usually when I lay sideways my stomach was less large if that makes sense😅 The workout is soo hard but you get amazing results and remember guys the key to get results fast is to stay consistent!! 😋

Doing this for 2 weeks Weight: 51kg Waist: 68 cm Belly: 83 Day 1 - ✅ Hard doing without breaks. Day 2 - ✅ Still hard didn't see any difference ofc Day 3 - ✅ Got easier but my whole legs were sore, But saw a tiny difference in legs Day 4 - ✅ Luckily I survived without any breaks... Day 5 - ✅ I did it i see some changes but i think i will need another week Day 6 - ✅ I did it got so much easy and I lost a lot of weight Day 7 - ✅ Im feeling so much better and I can see a lot of changes already! Некотрые в комментариях пишут, что помимо этой тренировки, которую в день выполняют по несколько раз, они еще делают тренировки на руки и ноги, также по несколько раз. ЗАЧЕМ? Люди просто не поримают, что потом просто выгорят и все(что и происходит в большинстве случаев) Начните делать только эту трерировку в течение 2-х недель, а уже потом добавляйте еще и еще)) Всем любви и здоровья❤

I’m gonna leave my honest review after 1 time. I loved the insane burn I was feeling. I still feel the burn after doing this workout and it feels so good, I feel every single muscle in my abdomen. This was the best workout I’ve ever tried. Now this is what I’m gonna do everyday for three months and most likely after as well. I’ll come back when I remember but thanks for this awesome work out! Loved it.

Делаю 2 недели и больше 1день: сложно, очень сложно😢 2день:легче, но тяжело 3день: легко, чутьчуть тяжело 4день: отдых 5день:отдых(уезжала) 6 день: средне, чуть чуть видно, что живота нету🎉 7день: среднее что-то, 8день: залайкайте, чтобы не забыла😂❤❤

I started doing this exercise yesterday and here are the results (like and let me know if I don't come back) Day 1(60.9 kg)=I tried the new exercise. I had difficulty in the second half, but I finished it. I had a hard time with the plank. Day 2 Plank was easier than yesterday. I had almost no difficulty.(I did it again in the evening and I'm getting better at plank.)

7일째 계속 했는데 확실히 뱃살이 좀 줄어든 것 같아요!! 제 가족이 저한테 확실히 뱃살이 줄어들었다고 하더라구여!! 아직은 체지방량 때문에 확연하게 보이진 않지만 그래도 힘주면 복근이 생기는게 느껴져요 ㅋㅋㅋ 처음엔 동작을 따라하기 힘들었지만 하다보면 익숙해져서 점점 버티는 것도 수월해지더라구용^^ 히또핏님 믿고 계속 해보겠습니다 😊😊

Я делаю эту тренировку с июня, уже идёт 3 месяц, и поверьте, это того стоит!! Я была на дефеците калорий, и также правильно питаюсь, без мучного, жирного, сладкого и молочного (вообще я так питаюсь из-за акне, но решила написать, ведь к похудению это также способствует). Ближе к июлю я начала делать дополнительно другие тренировки, но первый месяц я делала только эту тренировку и + на руки и ноги. Хочу сказать одно - не обязательно делать её каждый день. Можно делать постоянно первые 2 недели, а дальше можно делать только 3 раза в неделю. И результаты будут просто прелесть! В первые 2 недели я уже видела результат - появились очертания пресса, уменьшился живот и талия. Через полтора месяца выполнения, живот был уже плоский, пресс был виден, и талия уменьшилась и окрепла! Поэтому попробуйте эту тренировку! В первую неделю будет очень тяжело, но со временем вы легко будете её делать! Дам совет - в первый месяц делайте отдых больше между подходами, не 20 секунд, а где-то 3 минуты, выполнять будет легче!!! Удачи, я верю в вас❤

이거 진짜 대박이에요... 그동안 복근운동 홈트로 진짜 여러가지 많이해봤는데 이렇게 효과 바로 나타나는건 처음입니다ㅜㅜ 복근운동이랑 동시에 허리도 얇아져서 완전 짱이에요!! 하는동안엔 진짜 복근 찢어질듯이 아프고 다음날에 숨만 쉬어도 아픈데 그만큼 효과 좋습니다!! 지금 2일찬데 아침에 일어나서 거울보니까 허리가 쏙 들어가있는게 육안으로 보이네요ㅋㅋㅋㅋ너무 감사해요...🥹

I just did this 21 days, but during this time my stomach went through a very strong changes: abs appeared on the stomach, !!the waist became visible!!, the fat went away and muscles came in! Starting this for 1 week started around 75 kg 1: done ✅ 2: done very sore tho✅ 3. Missed today plans got in the way ❌ 4. Done! Even more sore ✅😭 5. Had plans get in the way and got to tired back home and just couldn’t ❌ 6.hurt so damn much ✅ 7.another day done. I still need to take some breaks in the middle but not feeling as sore afterwards ✅ 8. Done ✅ 9. ❌ 10. ❌ 11. ❌ 12.✅

언니 전 이제 7일차인데요!! 팔뚝이랑 복근 운동 위주로 하고 있습니다 그 중에서 복근 운동은 이게 탑이에요 원랜 다리 들지도 못하고 땀만 뻘뻘 흘렸는데 이젠 적응 했는지 잘 돼요ㅠ.. 그래도 쉬지 않고 하고 있어요 배가 쏘옥 드간 게 보여용 진짜 이걸 얼마나 했는지…ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 팔뚝 운동도 올려주셨으면 좋을 것 같아여 아니면 운동 추천 영상 많이 올려주세요 ㅠㅠㅠㅠ!!!!!감사합니다❤

Doing it for however long: Day 1- was literally shaking after the plank but I feel so much better!! weight-73 kg Day 2- I’m gonnna be honest it was so much harder from yesterday,my bones felt so achey but I’m not going to stop because it will go over time! The plank at the end kills me tho! Day 3- it felt so much easier today! Okg it’s been months I’m gonna lock back in, wish me luck 😃😃
