omg i read your comment before watching the video (because of ads) and before watching, i was like: ya it will be fast but not so impressive, then i watched the video, and i laughed at how easy it was for them and how fast it was. really look like if i was squatting my broom :S

I dare anyone feeling brave to unrack 800 lbs just to have a better understanding of how unreal this is. Eric throws another 960 lbs and nails it for reps! Just scary, this power is unmatched. Truly the strongest 275 competitor in the world.

This is just epic!!! It must be amazing experience to be surrounded by lifters with the same focus, goals and intensity. Probably the best squat session I've ever witnessed

Insane squat strength from both of you. After reading the description and rewatching it, your dad looked like he said "oh shit" or something like that, that's crazy he could hear it over the music, must have been very loud. Hope you heal up soon bro, boggles my mind how your even able to hold that kind of weight on your back let alone squat it so clean. Amazing strength

this group has a real awesome environment for cultivating ridiculous results. the energy and friendly competition. the bar and weight is the enemy not other lifters. this is what powerlifting is all about and why those of us who are into it will do it until the day we are put in the ground. It is fun to watch these videos and go workout after.

Does anyone who's a bit older remember the marvel cards from the early 90s? They would have the stats, I think from the number 1 to 7, ranking things like strength intelligence, agility, etc. There was a card explaining what each number represented too. So for strength, the superhero or villain had let's say 5 on the chart from 1-7, you would refer to the card that would explain how much that was. Anyway, these dudes are basically lifting what some of those superheroes were classified as under the strength category. lol You guys are literally mutants! :D

Hey, you know what i noticed? Everytime Eric's about to do a big lift, he plays the same song. I don't know what it's called or who the artist is. All i can remember is that it's the same song that you here in the Mortal Kombat 1 movie when Johnny Cage fights Scorpion in an area that seems like hell.

@dmoore81710 жыл бұрын
Way to kill that double! Hope you heal up soon. You said in the video description that your 960x2 equaled a 1,010, what formula do you use? It doesn't appear to be in your ebook and my rep calculator put your max 1,023.
@EricLilliebridge10 жыл бұрын
960 divided by .95 = 1,010. 95% is 2 reps, 92.5% is 3 reps, 90% is 4 reps etc.
