Not accurate. Firstly TDS is alot higher not 20 lakhs. Its 25+ easily for 1 CR package as you need to pay cess over 50. ESOP is mostly optional not mandatory. So 65Lakhs in hand. Its 5.5 Lakhs in hand per month. Which is Money beyond imagination. Infosys offers 5LPA CTC ab bolo
