STARTING TODAY!! 2 weeks no diet day1: this was hard! My legs were shaking after while i was doing my other workouts. Day2: still pretty hard but ill try harder Day 3: getting a bit easier but still hard Day 4: time is going quick! There's still that one exercise that's hard but the rest is easy Day 5: my pelvis is sore but that's all. Day 6: my thighs lost a bit of weight and I'm feeling lighter! ( Not much of a change) Day7: one week! I'm not seeing much of a difference but I am getting more muscles in my legs! Day8: it's getting better. I can tell my legs are getting slimmer Day9: still not much of a difference but feels good! REMIND ME!

Voy a hacer este ejercicio por 15 dias, si veo resultados probablemente lo siga. Cintura: 74cm (antes de ese ejercicio) Cadera: 96cm (antes de ese ejercicio) Dia 1: Lo hice solo una vez a las 11am, me canse un poco ya que casi no hago ejercicio y lo estoy acompañando con otro ejercicio pero es de hombros y papada. Dia 2: Me duele la cintura y el abdomen, mis piernas no me duelen pero se cansan mas rapido que ayer. También me duele mi cuello por el otro ejercicio. Pero aun asi con todo el dolor, lo hice a la 11am tambien lo hare a las 4pm. Dia 3: Me senti cansada al realizarlo, mis piernas se agotan facilmemte pero lo hago perfectamente que en el dia 2, cuando hago ese ejercicio siento que mi abdomen se contrae y sudo mas en esa parte. Senti mi cabeza apunto de explotar por hacer ese ejercicio pero se me quito cuando tome agua. Lo hize a las 11am, lo hare otra vez a las 4pm Dia 4: Lo realize a las 12pm, mis piernas todavia se cansan rapido, ya no me duele el abdomen pero cuando hago ese ejercicio siento que desde mi cintura hasta mi cadera se tensa. Lo volvere a hacer a los 4pm. Dia 5: Hice solo una repetición a las 11am, ya no hice más en la tarde, pero lo recompense caminando como por 2 horas en el zócalo. Dia 6: Tuve una infeccion en mi ojo derecho, por eso no pude hacer mucho en el dia 5 ya que he estado casi todo el dia en el doctor, pero hoy (dia 6) hize dos veces, uno a las 11am y otro a las 8pm. Mi cuerpo se siente mas liviano. Dia 7: Dia 8: Dia 9: Dia 10: Dia 11: Dia 12: Dia 13: Dia 14: Dia 15: AVISO: Ya no seguí ya que mi ojo se infectó mucho y he tenido una operación, así que tuve que abandonar el ejercicio y mi estómago engordo un poco debido a los medicamentos. Retomaré el ejercicio el 8 de enero. Lo siento la verdad, pero juro que el 8 haré el ejercicio y les diré mis avances. Pero no solo eso, me siento como muy motivada y con mucha energía desde que empeze a hacer ejercicio. Saludos.

Continued it till i sprained my ankle on 9th May. Also to note that it was 3rd day of me following these excercises. I am also dieting by adding salad to my meals and by minimising food intake. Weight : 52 kgs [ May 02, 2024 ] Day 1 : ✅ ( 3rd and 4th excercises were hard for me to follow but did it somehow) Day 2 : ✅ ( above mentioned excercise were hard ) Day 3 : sprained my ankle so stopped doing it. I'm going to do this for 10 days starting tomorrow please remind me because i only get motivation to workout from you guys. Age: 14 years. Weight: 64 kg. Goal: 58 kg. Height: 168 cm Day 1: Done ✅ it was so easy i did it twice .the abs workouts were a little bit harder but super easy. Day 2: Done ✅ it was easy i did first a 5 min plank challenge and then this workout and then again the 5 min plank challenge. Day 3: done ✅ it was again very easy but i first did the 5 min plank challenge and then this workout once. Day 4: ✖✅didn't do it but went to the gym with my mom so it did and it didn't count bc i did workout but just not this type of workout. Day 5: Done ✅ i did it with 2 other workouts it was also easy. Before any work out need warm up or stretching few minutes, it's look easy but do it right it not that simple. I learn these techniques with follow my breathing and engage my stomach and moving slowly I see it more affect. When I get used to it I do it more slower. Remember when work out not right ( specially at home or without training) you easy hurt yourself ( back and neck) so what ever work out position, listen to your body. Please eat more, I’m no expert but I’m a 100% sure eating only 21 cals a day will harm ur body. I also think 500 cals is less tbh. I get tht ur tryna lose weight but without eating enough, you’ll end up facing worse health problems in the future and I doubt it’ll be worth it.

So I think I will exercise twice a day 👍 Update: It's been day 12 since I've been exercising and I started running on Monday. From what I weighed, I lost only 1 kg, but it seems to me that my figure looks better. I will still continue 😊

Всем привет! Хочу делать на протяжении месяца. Но не буду упоминать. 14 мая начало - 14 июня конец. Ждём! 14 июня конец!!! Очень долго было. Были перерывы 1-2 дня . Диет не держала . Ноги стали худыми и тело даже подтянулась. Результаты мне довольно понравились. Спасибо всем кто ждал! Я очень рада что продержалась! И диет я не держала но правильно питалась. То есть я ела фаст фуд , сладкое и тд но пыталась есть по маленькому. Ни в чем не ограничивала. Всем советую 💗💗

Day 1:I think i see my tummy and thigh go a bit slimmer but mostly my thighs, btw i will edit this and do this and morning afternoon and night! I started this exercise yesterday but I forgot to give my feedback lol Day 1: It was really tiring. My legs and stomach hurt so much but I was dedicated into doing it due to some I read. I did all sets that were said in the video and I was so tired, I spent like 45 mins doing this workout since I would pause the video to do both sets of 30. Day 2: My body kind of got used to this exercise even tho I did it once before, so it was a little easier Day 3: My legs hurt a bit after set one of step 3 & 8 so I took like a 5 second break before starting set two, but other than that it’s getting easier to do Day 4: It’s a lot easier but step 4 tired me out today Day 5: A little tired but not that bad Day 6: ❌ Day 7: ❌ Day 8: I was a little more tired than usual which makes sense since I didn't do it for two days. I got distracted so many times Day 9: A little tired, not too much Day 10: Not really tired but I started feeling a little burning sensation in my legs since yesterday and my waist looks a little more snatched Day 11: ❌ I got lazy…. Day 12: a little tired, not too bad Day 13: ✅/❌ I did half of it then stopped because I hadn’t slept well during the night and was falling asleep Day 14: (I haven’t done it yet since I’m not home but ill update later) Final update: I actually stopped after Day 14 because I found other exercises that were best suited for me and if I continued this exercise after adding more I would tire myself out too much which would lead to fatigue

Okayyy , since I am doing Chloe ting shred challenge and April han's workout challenge too , let's add this to our workout challenge . A background of mine - I was 76 kg before doing Chloe ting and I've lost 6 kgs and rn I am 70 kgs ! No dieting except I do not eat at night and that really helped and changed my life in a very good way . The major fat is at my waist and belly area and I wanna reduce them soo badly so LETS DO IT FOR 15 DAYS !!!! Pls do remind me guyss ♡♡

Ждите я буду продалжать.. 8.Не делала, была занята 9.не делала, была занята. 10.Не делала, тоже самое, была занята. 11.Продалжаю, но с этого дня буду делать каждую диянию 50х2.

Doing this for idk how many days! 😅 Day 1- Easy to do! Loved it and felt some burn in my abdomen area Day 2- Skipped cuz I was sleepy Day 3. Done but my lower obdomen hurts😢 Starting again cuz I had an exam😅 Day 1- My abdomen hurts Day 2- Still hurts but I went through it Day 3- Hurts like hell🥲 Day 4- Not hurting like Day 3 and I can see 1/10 changes Day 5- Same as day 4 Day 6- My abdomen is not having it😢 Day 7,8,9 and 10 are posted in the comments Day 11- Now my belly hurts 😅 but...it is much slimmer to wear a crop top

My waist size is 32 inches/size 42 in h&m and weight is 75kgs and my height is 5'4"/165 cms. I would like to add one more thing that I have PCOD and I don't get my periods from last two months and for that reason I have severe hormonal acne problems on my face and back.😭I have to lose wait asap. Definitely gonna do this workout for next 40 days and some other workout too. 1st aim is to reduce 10kgs. I didn't follow any diet because of my Indian household. If I argue my mum will throw me out of the house. 😑 Started this workout from 21st Sep 2023. Day 1(21st Sep): Done (3 Sets X 15 Reps) Day 2(22nd Sep): waist, abdomen, thighs hurts didn't do this workout instead walk for 5kms. Day 3(23 Sep): Didn't do anything because my lower body hurts but I will not be lazy from tomorrow I promise. 😢😖 Day 4(24th Sep): Done (3 Sets X 30 Reps) felt more sweaty than day 1. Day 5(25th Sep):Done (3 Sets X 30 Reps). Still lower abdomen hurts. I think it'll go away within a week. Day 6(26th Sep): Done. (4 Sets X 30 Reps). Day 7(27th Sep): Didn't do this workout instead walk for 3kms. Day 8(28th Sep): Skipped. Day 9(29th Sep): Done (3 Sets X 30 Reps). Day 10(30th Sep): Done (4 Sets X 30 Reps). Day 11(1st Oct): Skipped. I tried this workout and some diff more! Every morning and every night Day 1: It's was good! Day 2: stomach burn, but I still continued Day 3: I did it on morning but not at night Day 4: I alrdy see some changes!!! Day 5: it's very easy for me now Day 6: good! Day 7: very effective!! I see some changes !! I'm a 12 yr old who is insecure but now I'm not! But I still managed to do it until 7 days more again! I'll update u guys! Ithe workout I always do is the 'crunches' it's very easy for me now! I'm so happy it's very effective my waist was : 68cm My waist now : 64 cm I'm so happy!
