I went to the doctor 3 days ago, my glucose level was at 28.3 . I came across this 5 minute workout the same evening. Do these exercises twice a day and also eliminated sugar from my diet. Check my glucose level today and it is down to 16.8.

I read somewhere taking acv in water reduces sugar spike..... You can also do this exercise..... I started today my sugar level is 121 this morning, I will do this for one week ​@singhmisha

THIS WORKS! 3 hours ago, I totally went off rails and ate an ice cream cone with crunchy candy sprinkles! Then tested my blood, 222 😱, the highest reading I’ve ever had. Panicked! Drank water with ACV…kinda burned my throat. Found this video. Did 5 mins. Glucose dropped to 166. WOOWHOO I rested for a few mins and thought what happens if I do another 5 mins? Did another and BAM glucose dropped to 99!!!! WOW, I’m totally sold. Can’t wait to do this in the morning with “dawn” numbers. Thank you!

Chromium picolinate works good to lower sugars. But you can't be on any diabetic medication.

I'm a type 1 diabetic, and my blood sugar is most of the time high, I saw this and decided to do this exercise and it actually lowered my blood sugar! Thank you Caroline, I want to see more of these exercises!

me too, any tips for spikes after meal? it's good before meals and then spikes drastically! My fasting is good and in range but it's always high in the afternoon and evening... any tips for me?😅

I never comment but literally my sugar was at 7.7 and i did your 5 min exercise, i feel great my sugar like a miracle dropped to 5.8 in 5 mins! I am following this routine forever!

I do this three times a day, coupled with 2 minutes of dumbbell curls. It WORKS! My initial reading dropped from 192 to 137, and consistently stays low each time. One caveat - I usually wait 10 minutes after I do the routine before checking my BS reading. Not sure if it matters, but it gives the muscles time to uptake the glucose. Thank you it really worked I have gestational diabetics my blood sugar was 156 after 2 hours of lunch I did the exercise for 5 min I dropped to 127 Then I did another 5 min It bacame 111 So happy

My blood sugar this morning was 345. I did this five minute workout. It went down to 215. I am seriously in disbelief but I got to keep doing it. I can’t take the Met Forman anymore. It put me into renal failure so I need something to lower my blood sugar. Thank you.

Thanks so much for this amazing workout! My blood glucose levels reduced from 183 to 117. I'm not classified as diabetic yet but I'm trying to make sure I monitor my blood glucose levels so I don't become diabetic. Your workouts are a blessing for us all May God bless you always 😊❤

It's great exercise, my blood sugar level after 1 hour of my dinner (rice and chicken) was 211 mg/dl, I tried this exercise for 6 minutes and my blood sugar goes down to 75 mg/dl...

Caroline, I am 70 years old, didn't know what to do to lower my blood sugar or keep it from spiking; I have been using this 5 minute workout to help me. It works GREAT. LOL, my coordination is slow but I already feel after 1 week participating in this video, it has improved. I will look-up your video for seniors once I am comfortable with the 5-minute workout. I actually look forward to doing this workout 😀

Yay! I finally quit procrastinating, put you on the TV & moved for 5 minutes. My b.s. is down trending quickly! I could even do the exercises at 72 years but I've never been able to do a pushup on floor so did it on the wall. Thank you!

I did this routine and my blood sugar level dropped 53 points. I have type 2 diabetes and take two insulins. This was a great video for me to started with- need to get back into exercising. Thank you for this video.

It worked! I had Easter Dinner (and some chocolate bunny ears) a few hours ago, and my BG was still up at 107 but after the video it was 90!!! It'll be 80 in the morning Thanks!!

Glad I found this video; I'm adding it to my routine! I'm type 2 diabetic and managed to almost reverse it by keeping active and eating healthy (low carb and 90% plant based works for me). I just followed your exercises, plus 20 reps on each arm with a 20lb kettlebell, 20 kettlebell swings, and 20 leg lifts (done while laying on my back and lifting both legs in the air simultaneously). All this (including your 5 minute work out) took 13 minutes, and dropped my blood sugar from 154 to 98!

Is it actually possible to reverse diabetes? I’m 13 I’m at the limit and I eat more sugar I will get type 1. Can you reverse it to being back to a normal sugar level?? And how long did it take to see results??

​@@IqueueDash it's hard to get low in type 1 diabetes and it is easy to low sugar in type 2 diabetes while type 2 can be reversed with actual diet and some exercise 😊

​@@IqueueDashgetting moving is key to managing your blood sugar. If you have type 2 as you said then yes it's absolutely possible. I have a friend that weighed over 400 lbs and went to the Dr and they tried to put him on insulin. He walked out mad at himself and stopped eating all sugar which includes breads, pasta, potatoes etc. They turn to sugar in the bloodstream. I hadn't seen him in 2 yrs and when he came down, I didn't know who he was lol he lost 200 lbs in a yr and has no diabetes. Sucks not being able to eat the stuff we like most but not worth our lives either. You can change it. Get moving, even put on music and dance like no ones watching lol nights I work I can eat anything because I have a very physical job, but days off I swell and so tired I can't function so I tried this video and another and I'm not tired at all. Sorry this is long but I didn't like the answer someone gave you. Also milk thistle and berberine are good for controlling sugar along with moving. Good luck kiddo

So due to a hard year of being sick and broke and with out insurance i went over a year with out my meds for my type 2 diabetes, needless to say with out the metformin my blood sugar got a billion times worse, I have been doing my best to get back to the doc but had over a month wait for my next appointment for a new doctor and i woke up this morning at 255 fasting even though i have been taking 1000 mg of metformin every day for like a month or so now. I have felt terrible all year and was seriously stressed out today and desperate for anything i could do to help my levels. I found this and all the great responses and quickly did your work out and went from 212 to 183 in 5 mins! Im so happy I could cry, now with this and good diet i can stay in way safer ranges till i can get to my doctor and get everything sorted next month. I feel sooooo much better and this took a ton of stress off of my mind. You are a life saver for real, thanks so much.

Thank you Caroline 💕 This 100% works. Just came across this video yesterday when my blood sugar was 211 and rising. After doing the exercises it dropped to 152 and falling. 2 hrs later it was 110. (ps. I didnt had to take correction dose) 🥳💕🙌

Diabetic type 1 here, I did it and my blood sugar went up, from 274 to 291 lol I'll repeat it a couple times and see what's the effect, it might be due to the stress of the exercise Edit: I did it s second time and it dropped to 245. After sleeping is now at 135 :D

This was my first exercise attempt since being diagnosed. It was quick and easy enough for an old, out of shape lady like me. I've never done wall push ups before - I'm glad it's an options. Checking blood sugar in the next 30 minutes!

I have gestational diabetes. My sister sent this to me because I’ve been struggling. I’m on day 3 of doing ur 5 mins after each meal. And honestly it’s sooo great!! I’ve been able to keep it under 105 for the past 3 days ❤

Reading at 6.8mmol/L at 1230am. Did this workout for 5 min, rest again 1-2 min and tried reading at 12:42am and it dropped to 6.1mmol/L. 🎉 Wait few minutes and repeat this exercise, my reading now at 5.8mmol/L at 12:55am! 🎉

Coming out of recovery time after operations and easing back into exercise. Well...not so easy, but doable because 5 mins at a time is not so intimidating. Thank you Caroline.

This was incredible. I ate a huge piece of focaccia bread that caused my bg to spike to 172. Did some SPUs . Then I did the 5 minute with you tested my bg and it was down to 130. Wow.

When I try your exercise in diabetic, I am now loosing weight, within 1 week of 2kl. This time after Watching this video I will try if my sugar will lower. Thank you Caroline for sharing this video.

😊 on my 2nd day today. Yesterday before starting the level 1 exercise my reading was 139 the highest ever! But after 30mins workout, down to 98!. Today i started at 121 and after exercise it's 103! Looks promising. Just need to cut down on carbs so i can really get out of my pre-diabetes level. Thanks so much! We can do this!

Just discovered at >3 years into Type II I’m still prey to the Dawn Phenomenon - my sensor alarmed this morning HIGH GLUCOSE I was 242 and rising, 269 and rising by the time I found your video. Immediately after vid at 242 and holding, five minutes later 222. This is going to be my new morning routine - I can get up five minutes earlier for this great benefit - thanks so much for creating this video! PS I loved the what’s next window you added, so I knew what move was coming

Another comment to say it worked - I found this video when I got a 9.4mmol/l (169mg/dl) reading, did this exercise twice, re-measured blood glucose around 40 minutes later, and it has dropped to 6.6mmol/l (119mg/dl)

have pre-diabetes at age 64 and want to do everything possible to reverse this. this 5-minute exercise 2-3 times a day is a good start I hope.

Mine went from 141 to 103 not diabetic over ate sugar indulged and felt sick instantly this helped
