These are very well thought out programs. Incredible carryover to what they're training for. Programs stuck in Squat Bench Dead are left in the dust.

deadlift bench squat like power lifter style, run 30 to 45 minutes medium heat, heavy bag for 3 min 5 times. 3 times a week and rest of the days train boxing/ kickboxing/thai/grappling or jujitsu, technique and sparring.

Hey Phil, do you recommend a "recreational" combat sports practitioner follow a Condensed Conj program or would a guy be better off with something more liner? I honestly only have like 2 days a week to dedicate to strength work

It depends on what exercises we did for accessory’s I still with 3-4 sets 6-8 reps for main lift today was a 5x3

Hi phil. I know this video cameout awhile ago - i just have one question. following the conjugate, you went from the plyos to your upper dynamic effort. are we not seeing the lower maximal effort in this video?

or did you keep it all upper including the strength portion? after rewatching i would assume the turkish getups are primary heavy effort, KB pull throughs are supplemental and the final two exercises were your auxillary work?
