Love this video but can you bring back the timer for each exercise (as opposed to one long timer for the whole workout)? It helps motivate me to push through each move if I can see how much time I have to hold it for. With the one big timer I find I give up easier. Thanks for all you do!

I just have to say how grateful I am I discovered Cassey and blogilates. I started doing Cassey’s workout calendar in April and in 3 months I’m down 15+ pounds and almost 4% body fat. Not only that, but I feel soooo much stronger! This video was really hard, but a few months ago I wouldn’t have even been able to dream of doing it. And I got through it! I’m only 8 minutes in and I had to stop already! I have much respect for all people who are capable of fully doing workouts like this one. I know that since I’m a beginner, it makes sense that I have a limit, however, I don’t think I have the right mentality to continue doing these workouts when i’ve already died.

Cassey I have to say, you are glowing!! I know you made some changes in your life, and apparently they were for the better. I mean it's not just your body (which, in itself is like body goals, all defined and smooth like that), but it's also your face and your eyes. Those are gleaming. Anyway thanks for sharing all this content with us on youtube for free. A year ago, I would never have considered doing a workout like this. Now I'm like "well I may be up for it. Won't know until I try anyway." I used to loathe sports and your videos were the ones that helped me in the end. Now I feel much more confident both mentally and physically, so thanks again. Probably need to work up to it. I find my neck strains when my muscles are fatigued. My neck takes over cuz abs hurt. Keep low back curved into ground and keep your palms down on mat rather than behind head.

This was SO TOUGH but I love myself a good challenge! I am going to do this for 5 days and see how my core strength improves! Day 1: had to stop several times but I am so proud of myself for not having to stop at all at the plank section and finishing it! Day 2: I also did a 15 mins cardio session before this so I was already dead when I got to this work out but I still pushed through it XD Ofc had to take some mini breaks again but I finished it! And my muscles were literally trembling by the end of it haha Day 3: still tough but I can feel I am getting stronger! In day 1 I couldn’t hold the balanced plank for more than 2 seconds but today I hold it as long as Cassey did! Day 4: Was quite sore today, especially my obliques, but I finished it! Day 5: Wasn’t really in the mood to work out today but I forced myself to do it anyway! This was the last day and honestlty I can’t wait to give my abs a break for a couple of days now haha. Anyway, I can definetely tell my abs are more strong now than in day 1! I can pretty much do all the exercises now while day 1 was depressing haha I did not measure or weight myself cause I don’t really care about that, I care about building strength so I can say this challenge was a success! If anyone gets to see this comment...thanks for reading and good luck in your own fitness journey!!!!

This series has been sooo eye opening for me! Thanks to going through the basics before advancing to more difficult variations, I'm looking at these moves in a new light. So this is how you're supposed to do them right to maximise the burn and avoid compensating with other muscle groups?? The level 1-2-3 format really motivated me, I'd love to see more of that format! As a video game/dnd nerd leveling up is just the right amount of competitiveness I need with myself!

Hands down the hardest I've worked my abs in ages. Cassey, I hope you have some idea of how much blogilates helps a lot of us. I've always enjoyed your videos and finally started following your calendars during quarantine. I don't know how I would have mentally made it thru this without you. It's such a hard time for all of us, and this pandemic would have been a perfect excuse to succumb to old demons and bad habits. Having your workouts to look forward to (or dread/hate) has helped me stay focused and present. Even after 7+ years of sobriety, it isn't always easy. So thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

That was me today I was struggling bad I just had no mojo. But I got through it! And I'm happy I stuck it out and didn't just do this one video off the calendar. I would've felt like i was letting myself down. Casseys positivity and loveliness really helped today 😊 well done for getting it done!

this calendar is so sneaky though! It's got 4 workouts each day. But some of the workouts go like " you should repeat this video NOW to even out the other side!" I'm like really? that's how we are gonna play?? xD

Dear Future Grass, I know Cassey's "human" so if she can do it, so can I. I know, I know. But is she following the calendar? Did she do mountain climbers and planks and the whole shebang before this video? Can't tell. So her encouragement becomes a little empty for me and ends up not encouraging me at all. On the other hand, 2-3 months ago, we tried to follow along with this video and couldn't get pass the 9:33 mark. BUT GUESS WHO JUST FINISHED THE VIDEO!? ME! Let's face it, I can't do that leg hold v-shape move without falling like an egg but I'm so close! I'm so much stronger than I was 3 months ago! I'm a stronger, better person! Alright, can't celebrate just yet, I have one more 10 minute ab video to complete for today's calendar. Good luck Future Grass! - Grass

Dear Future and Maybe Even Past Grass, I just did this video again. Truth be told, I don't ever feel good about doing this video. The moves like teaser and v-ups are too hard and I feel my shoulders and hip-flexers more than I feel my abs . Cassey's moves here kinda discourage me and it's quite unfortunate. But I wanna continue pushing myself. I need some good old encouragement from so POPsters. People like me who also are following the calendar and aren't as strong as Cassey. People who break a sweat doing this video. - Grass P.S. I am sooooo close to doing those balance abs to perfection! I really wanna see myself do this one day. I'm also close to doing the teasers. I can do those but I can't hold them for longer than 2.5 seconds.

When the pandemic quarantine started back in March, the indoor pool where I swim closed: It has yet to reopen. This has been a blow to my primary form of exercise (swimming). As a former runner, dancer, and overall highly active person, I now have severe hip arthritis in my 50s! Without the pool, I went back to long walks, but that aggravated the hip inflammation. I thought about the things that I used to do--years ago--that made me feel long and strong. I am a longtime yogi, but I wanted to "work out." Enter Pilates, and thank you, Cassey and Blogilates: The past several months of a video of yours almost every day has made my core much stronger than it has been in years. Mentally, I feel that I am doing something good for my wellbeing. On top of all that, my entire body is strong and lean, which makes dealing with the lack of swimming bearable. (But dang it, when is the darn gym gonna reopen?!) Thanks again...
