I enjoy doing your exercises. My problem is I am 70 and have hip probs so some of the exercises have caused my pain to worsen. Any advice? Pam x

I cannot get on the floor at all. I tried one and was in bed for 2 days, my back and knees just can't do it. Makes the all standing videos so important for those of us who cannot!

I started working out with you in April - I’ve worked out every day and have magically transformed this 76 year old body into something I’m proud of and I feel great too! Thank you so much, I love all the exercises and like that they are short! Challenging yet doable.

Thank you for telling us that now that we are Seniors we do not have to do all the difficult work outs at the gym. I am 81 years young and I love working out with you. I get my heart rate up and I’m getting in shape. So keep doing what you do to help us.❤️❤️❤️

The transition from a gym rat to an older adult woman, lol. But I love it every time when she says once we pass 50 we do not need to be athletes. Stay flexible, keep aerobics, not running for hours anymore but still getting the heart rate up. Her workouts are for people who are busy and have many responsibilities and who do not have time to exercise for hours. I feel like there is always a good workout with this lady.

Maria, I appreciated her comment on that too! At 68 and with bad knee caps, I have to be soooooo careful about which exercises I do. But I CAN do many, if not most, of Shellea's workouts which not only helps my body but also my mind!!! I am not a sedentary person but it sure has gotten more challenging to exercise as I get older but Shellea has made it all SO DOABLE!!!!! Thanks a million and then some, dear Shellea!!!!

Hi Schellae, Thank you for inviting me into your home to work out. This is what I do : 1 ab, 1 arm and 1 leg workout every day, along with 30 minutes walking on my elliptical. All together this gives me a full body workout every day. If I have extra energy left I will hop onto my rebounder for an additional 15 minutes. I am 68 years young.

I did this workout for the first time today. Loved it!! I'm 72 and most ab workouts hurt my back so I can't do them. This is the one I will continue to do.

I am loving all your workouts! I will be 71 years old the end of September. I only started working out for the first time in my life with your videos a few months ago.😊 Loving all the workouts! And loving feeling better than I have in my entire life. ❤ I never get to comment because I always watch these on my TV but I just had to get on my phone and find this video to let you know how great these videos are even for someone my age!

OMG I did this in my office during my lunchbreak, amazing! The squat with the punches nice touch. Your core is stabilizing while you reach/punch from side to side working the obliques.

I took a few weeks break from your exercises after having done them for a year and a half every day! I figured I was walking and doing other things so I didn’t need it- well let me tell you, it made such a difference in how I look and feel- I am back for good- I am 78 and your exercises changed my life- I’ll never stop again as long as I’m able- thank you so much Shellea

Thanks! Your workouts are realistic for women over 50 like myself. Many of us have health issues which limit us longer more challenging workouts. You provide challenging low impact workouts that still get the heart rate up and work muscles that help keep us strong!!!

I wouldn't normally share but I had lots of t little ops in my bellybutton so imagine my horror when one went pop and I had a hernia......so sad the doc said no excercise just walk ...I have decided that I am having it mended soon so I have come back your voice so nice to hear you....the voice of sanity...I have missed it. I love your workouts so much! The things you say,the low impact on my body. I deal with fibromyalgia I'm also a caregiver and these just get me started everyday. I even do them with my son! thank you for keeping me on track with myself care.

Love this short one still❣️ Shelley you can mention about breathing: Breath OUT when you do the stretch or the difficult effort part of excersizes.. Breath normal and breath IN with the relaxter part of the excersize. Excuse my poor English...It really helps!

Thank you for the great tone ups. You're the best coach on youtube. I have PAD and walking is a prescription. The problem is my back aches so much I don't want to do it. I'm using these ab workouts to build core strength to stop the bad cycle. Many people in my PAD FB group like you lots too.

I love this! I'm not interested in sitting down, standing up, and on and on, like most exercise programs. I have a list of your exercise videos that are only standing up and do a different one every day. As well as Asian squats at a different time. Occasionally, I'll do a regular one but I really like the standing ones best. Thank you, Schellea!

I've been doing this workout for the past week, just in the mornings. I'm 70yo and the exercises work perfectly for me. I have also cut out much of the sugar snacks I was eating and have lost 3 pounds. Doesn't sound like much, but I certainly feel better. Thank you, Shellea!

This ab exercise has helped my core tremendously. It is amazing how much stronger I am because of it. I do this every other day. I have been exercising to so many of your videos and it has changed my life. I am 58 and feel like 40. God willing, I will continue this journey for as long as I can. You are amazing and I thank you for changing my life. You are very encouraging too!

I love all your exercises and for someone over 50 by gosh you look great even appearance wise. I never looked that good at that age I'm older now and I feel I look better now which for me is a good thing probs due to me doing your regular exercises on you tube your so motivating thank you.

I did this exercise, the stretching exercises first and the arm toning exercises also. I feel good, no burn but I feel energized. ❤️

I so agree with you, my balance do to neurothopy has been off n I walk with a cane. But her workouts have helped a lot to where I do not need the cane!🙏❤️

I just found this channel and love it!! Im only jn my forties but have significant lower back issues, and these core workouts are perfect to keep me strong without hurting my SI joints.

Day 5 of your challenge. Really enjoyed this workout. I survived two major surgeries and suicide credit me with working or before and then after. After was more yoga and Pilates, then a lot of walking and back to cardio. It can be done. :)

Dear Schellea, your channel is EXACTLY what I was wanting and needing! One of the many positives for those of us trying to do our part in the pandemic is having time to find ways to adjust our lives. Thank you for all you offer!! I teach young children and am up and down and jumping around - but am I toned and fit? Nope! This is a next step in my journey. :) Also, is there any way you can direct us to an online site for the awesome workout clothes you wear? They look stylish and comfortable - exactly what I am searching for myself. Thank you from Canada!!

I have started adding this workout with the 10min hitt. It is challenging but love it. I cant do laying down ab because it can trigger vertigo for me so this is perfect. Ty so much for doing these videos. God bless you and yours

Hi. I have learned not to beat myself up if I can’t do all the exercises every day I took me along time to “forgive” myself. I’ve come a long way. 👍

I’ve been doing your 30 min exercises for about 2 months daily and I love it.. I don’t even sweat. But this little 6 minute ab routine makes me sweat buckets! And in just a few weeks I’m really seeing a difference. Wish you could combine this 6 minute routine with some more standing ab exercises to make a 20 min routine. I think it would be fun! Thanks for all you do ❤️

This is just perfect for me. I suffer from chronic Lyme Disease so I have very little energy but I know I need to move. Most workouts videos are just way to strenuous and fast paced. Your ab workout was just perfect! Thank you so much!

Hi Shellea I do your exercises every day and have been exercising every day since the March lockdown. Do I feel any better? No. Can I do more? No. I truly believe my body is exercise resistant because in all my 71 years I have never been able to feel any cumulative benefit from exercising and boy have I tried. However I will continue to exercise daily because I know how important it is. Particularly cross body stuff and balance.
