Sir mere muscles injuried huye hai due to overtraning and long time training. Biceps and shoulders are stopped growing from 2 year ago. I think that part of muscles are locked, other all muscles are growing well Plz replay

Workout continue karo and low weight se shuru karke full failure karo every set m. Each day either arm or shoulder karo and high protein low that night n next morning. Goodluck!

Hello Guru Man I am from Pb I am very much impressed on watching ur videos . I am 72 years old and morning walk is 5 km daily 5.5 height 72 kg weight no sugar. Can i do ur six month course or not for lean muscles as age factor plz write

sir I am taking diet and I am doing workout daily and taking rest once in a week. Here is my diet: breakfast:oats,brown bread with chicken mortadella and peanut butter. lunch:white rice,fish or meat,dal and mashed potatoes. pre workout:green tea and 1 Apple. post workout:protien shake and 3 egg whites. dinner:tuna salad,roti and chicken or dal. but still I am not getting the results. pls help sir

Gurumann sir, please provide information regarding eating salad with roti is beneficial or not.. Soke people said its bad because of raw and burned food together... Some said its good to eat 1 roti and salad to fat loss.. Please give your views

Hi guru, I can't eat much hence I started taking this shake 1ns a day which includes 2 banana, 1 apple, 500ml milk, 2 Tsp peanut butter,20 grams bourn Vita, 20 grams oats 10 almonds, 2 raw walnuts,10 gram milk powder. I grind all of these and drink..But then I don't feel hungry for 4 hrs ..Should I take this shake twise a day I m 6.2 tall and weight 67kg
