sir,,in skinny fat programme you told to fallow lean mode, and also u r told take 2day rest per week or dont do cardio or abs workout more than twice a week. so while i saw the lean mode programme,there is 6 day workout programme, and also have 3 times abs and cardio workout. so i was confuse. pleas let me know what is best or makes my confusion clear. santosh.
