I'm curious about the meaning of your profile symbol. I have an interest in cults and I can see cult-like thinking everywhere: having a favorite idea and defending it with anger and fear against reason and empathy. From experience, I can say normality converts very easily into "rightness" in one's mind. It can be difficult to deprogram.
@thegamingnoob43682 жыл бұрын
accepting violence? i assume you don’t know that joey has been arrested a few years back for having a firearm with 29 bullets on him, with the firearm tucked into his trousers, not a pistol, but an assault rifle (i’m pretty sure, i know it wasn’t a rifle because it would be too big however im not too involved with each classification of rifle) and admitted on TV he was a violent man thus being shown with his aggressiveness especially talking to piers morgan and farmers on that show, yes people can change but even after all that he had still shown aggression which is a sign of a man who could very well turn violent again if pushed too far, i’m not a vegan and even i know the way the cows and what not USUALLY die is their throat, which is a split second process that even if it happened to a human being wouldn’t cause pain because it disconnects the brain to the rest of the body. it’s simple science, nerves travel to the brain and from the brain and pain is created by the brain, because it’s not an external thing it’s an internal thing. i agree, in some parts of the world they’re killed wrongly, because they’re 3rd world countries, which is where a lot of videos come from, however in the UK they get checked up on by officials in the industry to make sure it’s done right, so if you can see where i’m coming from the man never tells people of his past which yes to create trust you have to be honest, like when he says until he was 26 he ate meat, but never tells anything else, and what he got arrested for would actually make his arguments better because it shows he understands both sides however in the UK alone animals are treated with respect and fairly, just not in 3rd world countries where there are people who suffer A LOT worse, and i mean unthinkable things
@thunderingox69632 жыл бұрын
@@thegamingnoob4368 ..no, unfortunately you have no idea about the suffering your victims endure. And, re Joey; he's been completely honest about his past, from the very start. People who don't like his message always ATTEMPT to attack his character, his past, but not even your favourite idols freely disclose their past. You know animal abuse is wrong, but you pay for and support it. You regurgitate lies and mistruths trying to humane-wash the way your victims are treated, but feel free to visit any farm or abattoir in the country and video what you see. You don't want to see your victims as individuals who suffer, because then you'd have to stop being a coward.
@thunderingox69632 жыл бұрын
@@anarchisttutor7423 yes, carnism is a violent cult perpetuated by otherwise good people because of very effective marketing. @@thunderingox6963 i’ve been to lots of farms, some of them more than once, animals seemed perfectly fine to me, perfectly happy and content, i even got the chance to spend a bit of time up close to them. i hope you’ve actually spent the time yourself to visit some farms and make a decision and opinion for yourself, because right now as i read your comment, it seems to be the typical argument from a vegan/vegetarian whatever you may be, thus making it sound that you just agree with the rest, i do agree in some parts of the world there is animal abuse to farm animals, but there still is to dogs and cats, most likely in your area too, but the problem with that is, nobody has come to this level about them. another thing, terrorists and groups of people who abuse and torture and kill your own species, what about them? i can tell for a fact you have not done anything to prevent it, you all leave it up to militaries and governments to deal with that, you don’t say anything about it, yes i know that’s not about animals, however if you care so much about animals and would argue this long for them, why not do the same for people? because to everyone else that’s an act of being a coward, just like it was to not go to the world wars, is it because an animal can’t harm you? is it because a farmer most likely wouldn’t put a gun to your head? i fail to understand where your ideology and the other peoples ideology comes from when it can be implanted into way bigger world problems, you see you ultimately called myself and other meat eater cowards, yet you do that from a 1st world country standpoint, do you really think in poor areas of africa and tribes around the world, they don’t brutally kill their prey? they don’t use bow and arrows or swords or daggers or spears? do you think it’s a split second act? another thing is, cows, pigs, chickens etc wouldn’t last in the wild, and i’m sorry but that’s a true fact, they’d all be killed within years by other animals, what’s a chicken gonna do against a lion or idk an eagle or whatever the case might be, what do you think a cows gonna do? what do you think a pig is gonna do? they’ve never had a fighting chance against anything. personally i’d rather it be a split second act a few years after birth than them getting hunted down and brutally killed, like i would for anything or anyone, i love animals, always have and always will, it’s unfortunate that they can’t be out in the wild of course but if you really think about it, what’s their best option?

He has willpower that’s for sure. If this pillock sat next to me and said all this I’d find it very hard not to physically reprimand him 😂 ( actually, on second hand I think I’d be tried for attacking someone with mental handicap)

"Do you eat meat?" "Yes." "Good man." Yes, the crowd-following passerby is a "good man" for supporting a needless industry and not thinking about the moral and health consequences of his current lifestyle. Yes, "good man" indeed. "World's Smartest Species." 🏆

"How is he supposed to make a living at 84?" Well, if he still has to work at age 84, his life work wasn't really that successful and his job wasn't that good and easy like his grandson claims, right? 🙈I mean, how much more evidence do we need to recognize that there are almost only losers in these industries? And my goodness, how insecure can a person be? How he had to keep asking the crowd "do you eat meat" or "are you a vegan" like it would change anything about the fact that he was wrong and had absolutely no arguments.

Did he really say a full grown cow can’t take care of a calf? I mean the amount of stupidity in that statement is dumbfounding. News flash!! Pretty much all mothers instinctually know how to take care of their babies. How the F would cows coming from the original wild oxen even be in existence in the first place. Joey you have the patience of a saint. So exhausting

We used to cruelly force horses to pull carriages to travel, kids to sweep chimneys, artificially breed animals to be farm friendly, you get the picture..a way of life as that person put it. But science and recent knowledge has made advancements for us to forego our archaic and barbaric practices. We can do so for food as well. We just need to be willing to make that change.
