I love this workout because of the no wrist, no dumbbell routine. This is perfect for the days you want to do abs but don’t want the added weights for resistance. Thanks Mik.

i love the no wrist workouts....don't mind the low planks though. And I like that you include modifications.

Amazing workout and the planks are difficult but a good way to shape the abs to make them look flatter so I am happy to have them in there 😊

Glad I found your channel! I have hand/wrist issues so high planks/downward dogs/push ups are not possible for me! Forearm planks are good but sometimes I have shoulder pain so having a zero plank option would be nice too! Thank you!

Hi Mik! I just want to say once I discovered your no wrist workouts it has been a game changer for me. I am still recovering from my wrist surgery I had in January and now I’m finally gearing up towards strengthening it until I have good mobility. Not quite their yet, but your workouts are making it so much easier for me to still work on my overall fitness while I’m still rehabbing! Thank you so much for this!! ❤

Would really like to see a shoulder friendly work out. With a rotator cuff injury very difficult to even do exercises where I rest on even my forearms
