I will try to give you a very honest answer… I am breastfeeding, so no, I am not on a diet. I did gain weight during pregnancy and I am currently trying to lose it so I try to eat a little less, skip the sweets etc. But definitely not a „diet“. This workout startet to make my muscles strong again, they were feeling really wobbly, now they are getting firm again. And by that they kind of „pulled my waist together“. Where before the workout there was no waist, now there is one. I also lost 2cm around my belly. But I guess I did not lose a lot of fat, I just got stronger muscles and by that a flatter belly. To lose the fat I will need to check my calories and keep up with the workouts, but nevertheless it was a really promising start and very motivating to see such great results in such a short amount of time! So I can really recommend to stick to the workout , the 14 days will pay off! 🎉

Gonna try to do this one for 5-7 days! My normal weight is 275 and need to lose 20 lbs. Edit: This is working! My waist looks a lot smaller today! I only went up 1 lb since I have cramps. SW: 305.8. 306. GW: 290. Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ (Doing it now)

Hello, I really like your short workouts. They are very effective. I usually do 4 in a row. I wish more from them 😁 I can't do langes but I try my best. I managed to reduce my weight from 142,5kg to 110kg (ok not only with the workouts, but they helped a lot.) Now I love to move I love to mix the short workouts, but I'm not sure how often I should make a day off. Please do more from such workouts 😉

Hello Sally! I love your workouts. This is the 3rd one I tried and while I have bought already 2 other subscriptions to help me, I come back to your workouts and enjoy them the most! I love the 40 seconds per movement, it is just enough to then be ready for the next. They are not hard, but feel like they are working on the right areas for me, without getting on the floor which I do not like :) And at the end of the workout I feel hot from the exercises so I know my body has been worked! And the 10 mins is great, it is confrontable. I like that you count down the exercises and that we can see what is coming next. Thank you so much! Keep up these great videos! Kind regards, Sofie
