Day 5✅ I thought my legs felt better… and then I started the workout. Not as much soreness but still heavy. Slowed down at times but didn’t quit!!

Thank you! I absolutely love it! I'm doing your workouts ca one year long. In the beginning max 25 minutes three times a week, now I doing it every day 30-45 minutes (3or 4 workouts). Yours is the best training channel I found. Thank you so much!

I am 12 years old. I am here because I want to lose my muffin top and be able to wear tank tops. This is my fourth day of doing workouts and I’m glad I found your channel today and honestly, I am getting pretty sad. I see girls my age on KZbin shorts they are really pretty and skinny and they’re always wearing tank tops and I’m like I wanna be like them. I want to have that, but I’m lazy and eat a lot of junk food so I’m hoping to redeem myself cheer for me

Sweet girl, be proud of your body for doing amazing things. Thank your body for your ability to move and enjoy movement. You are more than your appearance! It takes a long time to realize that the super skinny girls are often very unhealthy and do not have normal menstrual cycles and will eventually be unable to get pregnant because the way they are so skinny is by depriving themselves of the energy their bodies need. Yes, nourishing your body with healthy meals is important, but starving your body will not serve your body or your brain!

@@baileypadgett8101 Don't do that. Some women are naturally thin and\or they workout and eat healthy. I am a size 4\6 and I eat all the time, that's why I'm on this video.. so I can tone up. No one should starve their self, but there is nothing wrong with a person, wanting to be thin or a certain size. I know that it's culture, to want to be bigger now, but some of us still want to be thin.

71 with a dance backround, been doing this twice a day, sometimes harder than others...hope i can stick to it in the heat of the summer here!!! i must admit i love dancing but cannot stand repetitive exercise...doing it to give me more motivation and would not mind losing the small tire tube around lower belly!!! lol thank you!!

I have recently started my fitness journey. I slimmed my arms, back, gained a bit of strength, endurance an mobility, but lower body along with love handles and tummy make me want to cry because it feels like I will never lose those and will never lose 100 kg. I know it's a slow and steady process, but it's just how I feel. Today marks day 2 of this exercise. Will continue tomorrow. Thank you so much for these. I love standing exercise.

I recently had knee replacements, and my physical therapist recommended your site, which has really worked for me. I am a 72 year old guy that has difficulty keeping up with some online exercise sites. I have found your workouts work well for me, with great results. Because of doing this workout just about everyday(sometimes take a day or two off but not regularly) my weak knees, ankles, damn my whole legs have strengthened immensely. It's amazing how great this short workout is. Thank you Sally! You're amazing! 👏 ❤

First day. I weigh 72 kg. My weight is kind of stuck at 72 after my pregnancy. I tried many exercises and intermittent fasting but nothing seems working for me. I will try this workout with some healthy diet for next 2 weeks .
