My son has a really hard time eating new foods, it gives him horrible anxiety. I've been making a bunch of your recipes and it helped him to try new foods without them looking so intimidating. I've been making the breadsticks made from Greek yogurt to helping him get some more protein, it's been a staple. Thank you for these recipes.

these recipes looks really good! but i have a question When you say the macros and stuff, is it per slice, For example: is it 167 calorise PER Oreo protein dirt cup, or all six of em? Or like the Air Fryer Oreo Protein Cheesecake is it 367 calories per slice or the whole thing?

Any chance I can get some clarification on the pumpkin ice cream pie recipe? Calculating it with the ingredients shown is shooting the calories way higher than 80/slice for filling and 170/slice with the crust. Also the ingredients are wrong for that one in the pdf.

@@SerenityEclipseI finally figured out that if you came by some extremely low calorie pumpkin filling, a super small crust, super low calorie protein powder, then cut it into like 10 or 12 slices, it technically comes close to that. But of course that’s wildly misleading since he clearly shows at least 1/6 the pie as a slice. There’s some cool ideas in here but all these are super misleading with the actual nutritional values.

Yes most of the time you do, It's used for more than just the protein such as the flavor profile and to thicken things up. It's very calorie efficient using the powders.

These all look delicious. The only problem for me is the zero calorie sweetener. My body rejects it. I’m afraid that if I add, honey, maple syrup, or regular sugar, it will throw off the consistency, flavor, AND calories which defeats the purpose.
