FLORA&CURL MADE MY 4c HAIR HAPPY AFTER WEEKS OF NOISY TECHNO BEATS

I'm very late in showing you some of my 2022 reviews, so here we go. This brand is UK based & Black Owned, which I love, because their products can be bought with ease in mainland Europe. Their focus is plant based & if you don't follow the cgm strictly, you will find joy with their different product lines.
Key ingredients in their botanical gel are film-forming humectants like Pectin, Xanthan Gum, Marshmallow Root Extract, Burdock Root Extract (which contains Inulin, a humectant) along simple humectants like Glycerine. It also contains rosemary extract for those who are a fan of it.
Their mousse is also plant based and contains film-forming humectants like Aloe Vera, Marshmallow Root Extract, Burdock Root Extract along simple humectants like Glycerine & Sorbitol. If you wonder what gives that rich foaming power: It's Cocamidopropyl Betaine, an Amphoteric coconut derived Surfactant that gives a rich foaming and conditioning effect. Maltodextrin/VP Copolymer gives the foam it's holding power and film-forming copolymer derived from polymerized vinyl pyrrolidone and maltodextrin (a polymer derived from plant starches).

Haha yea people don’t believe when I say it shrinks up to 80% 🤣. I just use stylers to get it stretched without completely loosing its elasticity ♥️

The hooded dryer is a killer in the summer 😂. Your curls are beautiful and your movement 👌🏽. For my boys I can use a leave in and their hair is good to go.

Your hair clumps and separates very easily. Has anyone ever told you in the comment section that your hair can't be 4C because of how easily your hair clumps and curls? I know this was back in June 2022 but in the video your hair appears to be collarbone length. What length are you at now and what is your length goal? I just subscribed because I love your hair and hair routine and want to witness your hair journey.

Thank you for subscribing 🥰, I get this regularly especially on Tiktok. They see the way my hair clumps and deny 4c curl clumping or say it's force & manipulation. Type 4c hair, has no natural curls and only wants to stay and be clouds. This is what’s been especially motivating me the past decade to finally come and make videos to debunk all these myths. People would be layering cream based stylers with oils or using gels that contain drying alcohols & mineral oils on unwashed dry hair strands and believe this hair is something different and has zero curl pattern. But keeping these hair strands as buildup free as possible and washing it regularly while styling with plant based humectant rich products is what I've been doing with my modified version of the maximum hydration method and that's why you see me loving these clay masks. My hair grows into layers and I've cut the front into bangs, along the nape. So all the layers have a different length. I've been keeping the nape short because it's more loose when it grows out past my neck. But I'm not interested to have a blunt cut and like this round heart shape. Now, it's a little past collarbone length, my ultimate goal is to grow it as long as possible. Just to see because in my family I haven't seen anybody with long hair, so I don't know what my genetics are capable of.😀

♥️Thanks, this was just the peek. I always thought when you enter a certain age and move into a decent place, this stops. My twens are full of these stories from hard rock metal beats shaking your bones in your sleep to guitar singing neighbours that think their world tour concerts start in the very nights 😅
