I am starting this video as a way to strengthen my shoulder after recovering from an injury. I've only done this once, but I already feel how this is beginning to loosen it up and I'm excited to see how pilates strengthens it!

Used this as a booster with one of your intermediate full-body sessions. Back extension is a really challenging move for me; my upper back is rolled forward a bit from working long hours at a computer; so this intentional work is really good for me. With Breaststroke, do we hold our breath until the arm returns and we breathe out? or do we inhale more slowly? Thank you!
