Just doing his first exercises.. lunge to squats, then burpees is enough!.. I only done his first exercises.. 12 reps.. then rested 10 secs, then another 4x round!.. really heart pushing! Love it!

Do each exercise for 30 secs ON with 10 secs rest in between. - Split Squads to Burpees - Shoulder Taps - Floor Mountain Climbers - Plank Pushups - High Knees - Chameleon Pushups - Forward/Reverse Bear Crawl - Mountain Climbers Cross Body Tuck - Crab Hold Toe Tap - Plank to Squad Hold Rest 2-3 mins and repeat circuit 1 more time.

Felt like my old Muay Thai warm up 5x less intense with some of my BJJ warm up mixed into it. Even after 3 years of inactivity I'm surprised I was able to keep up. Somehow I never got shredded like this coach but I enjoyed the video anyway, thanks. Just a tip for your next videos if you're open to suggestions... Since you don't speak during the workout ( which is great, thanks ) could you clap loud at the end of each exercise so we know when to stop? You could add a beep sound but that might not be heard with the music going.

Most of then are complex exercise its tough for beginners and when you can’t do it it demotivates you i suggest simple ones first build more strength and then goto more complex ones

I love these moves! Very similar to stuff you’d find in Shaun T’s Insanity Max:30, and the best part is no equipment or large space required!

OMG so true! I finished Insanity Max 30 a few months ago and honestly it's little workouts like these that helped me lose the most weight and get in the best shape. Lost about 15 lbs in 3 months or so.

@@pipstersim4421 I think it depends on where you start. The lower your body fat % when you start, the more dramatic and noticeable the results. A lot of those people you see on the Beachbody website in the Before and After pics are actually Beachbody coaches. They're pretty fit to begin with so their results are usually more dramatic. Regulat folks like me would have to go go through the whole cycle 2-3 times to get the same results.

Need to get my arse into gear and running doesn't do it for me. Workouts like these are more up my street.....I hope 👍🏻

@@pipstersim4421 bro, me too. Going to the gym is a waste of time IMO. I got in the best shape of my life about 5 years ago just doing home workouts in DVD (Beachbody and Mens Health). All it really takes is a desire to do it and the discipline will take care of itself. Good luck to you, man!
