Revisited this workout. One of the toughest workouts you've done despite being 4 yrs old! Wow! I did do full burpees though, and 12lb weights. But that killed me. Definitely miss the warm-up and cool-down, though. Thank you for all the amazing workouts! XO

Love Love Love Heather's workouts! I am in my 50s and have been working out regularly for a good 30 years. I am used to the workouts with talking and guidance all the way through, which is nice when learning how to do the moves properly (ie: keep your weight on your heels with squats, back straight with bent over flies, etc.). For more experienced workout people, Heather's workouts are a MUCH welcome change with the music playing and timers counting down when to move from one torturous move to the next (haha). This is my 2nd workout with you Heather and I am hooked!

I noticed my clothes were all starting to get too tight and decided to do something about it! I started Heather's workouts about a week ago and I've already noticed a difference and am down a couple of pounds (although that's not the main objective). My plan is to do one workout every other day and this is the 3rd one that I've done. I feel so accomplished already! Thanks so much for making these fantastic workouts. My triceps are burning as I type this.

I love your workouts so much!! Besides the complete efficiency of all the workouts, I simply love that there's no one talking at me and trying to motivate me. Just the music and the workout. Wonderful!! I'm 60, went to gyms my whole life and am burnt out on that, not enough time. So your awesome, at-home workouts are just perfect. Wow! I love this workout - you give just enough time between exercises and sets so I don’t get completely burnt out. I did this with the 12 minute recovery workout and burned 335 calories with an average heart rate of 148 and highest heart rate of 182. Ohhhh I love burning those calories.

This is my first time doing your workout and I’m a beginner. I modified the jumps but I pushed through. It was challenging and I almost quit after 3rd round but told myself only one more round I can do it. Excellent workout. Might be bit too tough for beginners but I believe beginners can do this as long they take out the jumps and work hard. Love this workout. Thank you. Looking forward to day two of your 4 week workout plan. 👍🏻

Yasss!! I was tired at the end of each set, but a good tired if their is such a thing. But by the start of the next exercise I recuperated my strength. Challenging but not super difficult to accomplish the moves. I love these kinds of workouts.

Really enjoyed the workout looking for more full body workouts like this but how about a no repeat. I was recently diagnosed with high PB and have to lose 10-20 Ibs. My normal routine has consisted of cardio and not much strength training. So I was encouraged by my nutritionist to add weights. So videos like this help me to have guided workouts that are targeted for full body. Thank you Heather

Again a really nice workout. For me a bit too long resting time. So I did 55 sec work and 5 sec rest. I like your style: no annoying blabla, upcoming exercise and good music.
