You’re a great trainer. This workout hits all muscle groups. As a guy I would use heavier weights, but this workout is essentially the greatest way to spend 20 minutes. It gets the heart rate up AND it provides resistance training. I believe that designing a workout is an art form, the cadence, the moves, the music. It’s all spot-on.

I have to sayt his is my favorite HIIT workout. It kicks my butt but I love all the compound movements. I especially like the woodchop. AND - today, I was able to do all the hops in all the hoppy movements! Thanks, Heather for creating this workout!

This is a great workout! I prefer to have my own music playing through my earphones to keep me in the zone, so I love how I can see the timer and what exercise is next, without needing to listen! Thank you :)

I love Heather's workouts! As someone who gets bored super easy, I like how she has a lot of no repeat workouts. Her moves are simple enough to pick up right away but efficient enough that I always feel like I am being challenged. Even as someone who is not a sweater, I always get a good sweat on with her workouts.

Loved this! I would love it if you would say how much weight you are using, so I can eliminate starting with too heavy (or too light) of a weight. Thanks for a great workout!

Perfect amount of rest with the built in 20 seconds plus the variation of movements allowed for various forms of additional "rest" - loved the music, too.

Great workout! Could you include advice to viewers to perform a short warmup up before the exercise? And remind them to cool down? Injuries are what makes people stop working out. I love the format... so enjoyable!

Did it all. First I did 10 minutes of cardio from one of your other videos followed by 20 minutes of this. I am fully sweated . Thank you for the workouts. Keep up the good work.

Heather, I am glad I found your channel. I enjoy working out with you. But, may I say; I would appreciate warming up before the workout and a cooling down (with you) afterward. Also, even with good form, my knees don't appreciate squats or lungs--anymore. Would you consider making HITT workouts like this, which incorporate leg/butt without lungs, squats, etc? Again, I enjoy working out with you and the recipes I found on your website.

Thank you this video is perfect for my needs!! You may want to consider putting black on the seconds coutdown, I really like to see the time left but white numbers on white background is not easy with a laptop :)

I love this workout I’m usually doing Celine Johnson or Julia Michaels but I love this 20 minute workout is conditioning me to get back to work thank you how many days a week should I do this just starting to work out after stopping for 6months it’s been a minute🙂tks more please
