Dearest Heather, I had started watching your videos back in October when I needed motivation to lose weight. Today after so many months, I felt the need to write to you. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, not just to help me get in better physical shape but your videos helped me achieve peace. Once I finish the excercise I have a feeling of satisfaction and sense of achievement that I completed the excercise with you. You are miles and miles away from me but I feel so connected each time I start a video. Thankyou Heather. Not everyone can afford a personal trainer in a gym. Thankyou for being my guide and inspiration. Your videos is not an option now but my need...my basic requirement for better version of myself... Loads of Love from a subscriber for Life

Heather, I’ve tried about a half dozen of your workouts on your KZbin channel and wanted to say that they have all been awesome. You’re lovely. It’s convenient that you have a warmup and cool down with most workouts as part of the same session. And you have fun and variety in your videos. Thank you!

Liked this workout so much, I’ve done it multiple times. I really like just the demonstrations of the exercise without all of the rah-rah cheerleader rants. I think you’re exercise videos are the best! Thank you.

Don’t have kettlebell and used dumbbells instead, worked just as well. Another great workout and really appreciate no jumping. Thank you Heather

You have the BEST workout music that gets me pumped for the workout and keeps me pumped throughout the entire session. This is my second workout of yours! I love how they’re hard but also easy on the joints and you can modify them depending on your fitness level! Thank you!

Hello Heather, My name is Nikki and I found your video yesterday! Today (5/13/20) I just finished up the 3 circuits with my 15lb kettlebell...I LOVE YOU GIRL!!! I've had to reset my eating habits and vitamin regimen with IF(16 hr fasts) and Keto first. Then I was working on my water intake. Lastly I figured it's about time to GET MOVING!!! Your video is SO CHILL and my average heart rate was 142bpm for the full length of this video!!!!! I had to improvise the plant and the squat, but I did something verrry comparable :-) Thank you SO MUCH

Great workout!! Loved it. Crazy how heart rate goes up with weights not just cardio, sweaty too! I used 15lbs dumbbell, worked great.

I really get a lot of help from your videos as there are not alot of female fitness vudeos with weights! If it is not too much to ask, I would like more strength videos please! I've gone through all you strength videos and have been repeating them for sometime now..!

Hello Heather from one Canadian girl to another....just started doing your workouts about a month ago. I think that your workouts are very easy to follow. I am 51 and wanted to say also asthmatic diagnosed very recent but these help me to keep my lungs in shape and are not over exertive. Please keep making more! I didn't use a kettle bell but used my regular weights, what weight size do you use the most.??

Great short total body workout with weights. Active cal around 200 I used 18 lbs KB.
