Dearest Heather, I had started watching your videos back in October when I needed motivation to lose weight. Today after so many months, I felt the need to write to you. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, not just to help me get in better physical shape but your videos helped me achieve peace. Once I finish the excercise I have a feeling of satisfaction and sense of achievement that I completed the excercise with you. You are miles and miles away from me but I feel so connected each time I start a video. Thankyou Heather. Not everyone can afford a personal trainer in a gym. Hello Heather, My name is Nikki and I found your video yesterday! Today (5/13/20) I just finished up the 3 circuits with my 15lb kettlebell...I LOVE YOU GIRL!!! I've had to reset my eating habits and vitamin regimen with IF(16 hr fasts) and Keto first. Then I was working on my water intake. Lastly I figured it's about time to GET MOVING!!! Your video is SO CHILL and my average heart rate was 142bpm for the full length of this video!!!!! I had to improvise the plant and the squat, but I did something verrry comparable :-) Thank you SO MUCH

Hello Heather from one Canadian girl to another....just started doing your workouts about a month ago. I think that your workouts are very easy to follow. I am 51 and wanted to say also asthmatic diagnosed very recent but these help me to keep my lungs in shape and are not over exertive. Please keep making more! I didn't use a kettle bell but used my regular weights, what weight size do you use the most.??
