Before the workout I was so sleepy and lazy, but I saw the comments and I’m motivated! So I grabbed my dumbbells and started the video. Now I’m so proud of my self and very thankful for the other comments... hope my comment motivates you!!

I just wanna say that since this isolation started, I found your channel and haven't stopped since. I do your workouts 2 or 3 times a week now! They are intense but I love doing HIIT! Never thought I'd say that... 😄

These 30 minute workouts with warm up and cool down are perfect for me! 40 minutes is just outta my time frame. If I need extra some days I just do an extra round! Thank you for these !! Those ninja jumps/squats are a killer, but just what my legs need. Have a wonderful day!

Been sitting around way too much at home with the lockdown so I decided today to get back into training and started this one up. I might be half dead down but it was a great workout for sure, thanks so much for all the great workouts with great music!

Just completed the workout. It was amazing: quick and intense(was able to do it while baby is sleeping), no unnecessary talking, also warm ups and stretches are my favorite ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️thank you

I just wanted to say how much I loved doing this workout!!! I loved the no talking and demos before each exercise. Made it soo so easy to put on my own music and get on with the workout on my own! I loved it. Thank you

Hi heather! Im syu and im from Malaysia. Currently we are in lockdown and i miss gym so much. My friend suggested your videos and i keep doing it and today is my week 5. I even bought dumbbells just to keep up! Adding warm up and cool down is very helpful. Thank you Heather!

I have a knee injury that is quite severe so I am a little traumatized to exercise but I found this channel and convinced the power to go back to exercise. Thank you so much coach 😄

I really enjoyed this workout. I prefer dumbbell workouts, and this one was just the right length and was intense. The music was wonderful as well. Could you consider adding a modified version to the harder moves in your workouts Heather? There were a couple of moves that I struggled with and I had to modify them myself. Thanks for all that you do.

I love your workouts Heather and was doing them daily up until 4 weeks when I injured my knee doing jumping jacks. I've just started doing your workouts again, just avoiding jumping, hopping and lunging. Would love it if you could do a routine with a knee injury in mind. Thank so much for creating such fun and challenging workouts.

While I've been using some of your videos for a few weeks now (that 17 minute arm workout is top notch) this is the first "July Calendar" day that I've tuned in. I was hoping to get my heart rate up to cardio, but imagine my delight when I peeked and it was in peak heart rate! Surprise and delight! Super effective workout, and the second delightful surprise was when my modified burpee (for low ceilings) busted out a full pushup, when I've been defaulting to knee pushups for a long time!! Thank you for providing this content and allowing me to explore a strength journey during quarantine!
