I really enjoyed this workout. I prefer dumbbell workouts, and this one was just the right length and was intense. The music was wonderful as well. Could you consider adding a modified version to the harder moves in your workouts Heather? There were a couple of moves that I struggled with and I had to modify them myself. While I've been using some of your videos for a few weeks now (that 17 minute arm workout is top notch) this is the first "July Calendar" day that I've tuned in. I was hoping to get my heart rate up to cardio, but imagine my delight when I peeked and it was in peak heart rate! Surprise and delight! Super effective workout, and the second delightful surprise was when my modified burpee (for low ceilings) busted out a full pushup, when I've been defaulting to knee pushups for a long time!! Thank you for providing this content and allowing me to explore a strength journey during quarantine!
