I created a full body pilates challenge that lasts for one week. It’s a quick and efficient way of getting stronger, toning your body and feeling really good!
Here is the fourth pilates routine of this challenge - a wonderful mix of pilates exercises and good music makes you go through this training session with pleasure (while your body is feeling the burn, perfect! 🔥)

4/7 COMPLETE!! I'm already halfway through!!! I'm combining this challenge with other exercises and sports (such as going for a walk, roller skating...) that's why I'm not commenting everyday! But I actually feel so much better and stronger :)) Just in case, I want to highlight the excercise in 10:37 bc you did it twice with your left leg. I don't know if that was a mistake but I did it with my right leg too to feel even hahah.

YEESS!! 👏🏻 That's great, I actually believe that having a few types of physical activity that you enjoy + alternating them to not get bored is the best way to stay consistent with being active! Ooops, I was probably thinking about something and failed that change of sides, thank you for letting me know! (yes, we should definitely switch legs, so you did GREAT!) 🧯❤️‍🔥✨
