I created a full body pilates challenge that lasts for one week. It’s a quick and efficient way of getting stronger, toning your body and feeling really good!
Here is the fifth pilates routine of this challenge - a wonderful mix of pilates exercises and good music makes you go through this training session with pleasure (while your body is feeling the burn, perfect! 🔥)
