Love this is a full body excercise. Thank you so much. I have chronic arthritis in my knees, hips and shoulders, i try to do your excersises most days,. I also go to a low impact aerobic class once a week x

All good but Im 87 and gardening in this humidity and high 80s and daily messages is too much……….I do one yoga class and one tai chi class. All I can do for now.
