My 95 year old mother, Virginia, loves your chair exercises and stretches. She is doing them 3 days a week and in a month is already seeing a difference. I think because your videos are so awesome, she's sticking to the 3 days. She usually does a few of your videos to get about 1 hour. It's never too late to get in shape!

I have let myself go since surgery a year and a half ago. It was hard to get through this 30 minutes, but I stayed with you! I was sort of not sure about the heart rate because my watch was only showing 110. I kind of thought it would be. I was breathing really heavy. That’s another thing. I need to learn how to breathe when I’m doing exercises. But thank you for the workout. I’m going to try to do this three days a week!❤❤❤❤❤❤

I like this guy very much. I like how he changes exercises often so you don't feel fatigued. But it does go a little fast if you have a vulnerable joint. But I feel I can do it thanks for the encouragement. , 😊

2lbs and 5lbs are great! We want to focus on low-impact gentle movements. But if you feel you can increase weight that is fine too. Start low and light and listen to your body.

This morning i followed you doing the exercises, when i got up from the chair i could hardly walked i had this horrible pain. In my right hip it dogo away. I have taken two pain killer. I wonder what was wrong in my body.

It’s important to listen to your body and modify exercises as needed. You may want to try these steps: Rest and Ice: Take it easy, and apply a cold pack to your hip to reduce any inflammation. Gentle Stretches: Try light stretches, like bringing your knees gently toward your chest while seated. Reassess Form: When you feel ready, revisit the exercises with slow, controlled movements and avoid anything that causes discomfort. If the pain persists, it’s a good idea to consult your doctor to ensure there’s no underlying issue. Let me know if you’d like modifications or gentler exercises to try-I’m here to help! 💪

I can't find a 30 minute full body workout for seniors that is not seated. Do you have one? I like these workouts, but they are too, too short. I'm old, overweight, but find doing six six-minute exercises, switching from videos to be a bit of a pain and boring. Thanks
