I have to say i have been doing your workouts for one month and a week and i've actually lost weight and seen a real difference in my body, and my diet is so much better.Thank you my goal is for September to look and feel better!But i will continue to work out with you forever!!

I use bottles of water for weights. One bottle is 16 oz for one lb. Then, after the workout, I drink the water.

Holy smokes! I’m in worse shape than I thought. I will be turning 70 in about 8 weeks and my dr want me to do some resistance training exercises. I’m not overweight (5’4” 124 lb), and walk a mile a day, but I am definitely out of shape! This was quite a workout for me my first time. My questions is, how many times a week should we do these dumbell exercises? Thank you for all you do for us seniors, Darren!

Are you holding a 1 lb weight in each hand or are you holding a 2 lb weight in each hand. And what do you mean by a curl?

He may be holding 3 pound weights but he said at the start 1-3 pounds is fine. If you don't want to buy a set of weights try holding soup cans. The curl is lifting the weight up and toward your chest.
