So enjoying 20 minutes workouts with you. Love to do more I prefer to do them following along with you rather than the short versions and have to keep stopping video. Keep up the great work thank you for all you do to help us keep fit.

I use bottles of water for weights. One bottle is 16 oz for one lb. Then, after the workout, I drink the water.

Holy smokes! I’m in worse shape than I thought. I will be turning 70 in about 8 weeks and my dr want me to do some resistance training exercises. I’m not overweight (5’4” 124 lb), and walk a mile a day, but I am definitely out of shape! This was quite a workout for me my first time. My questions is, how many times a week should we do these dumbell exercises? Thank you for all you do for us seniors, Darren!

He may be holding 3 pound weights but he said at the start 1-3 pounds is fine. If you don't want to buy a set of weights try holding soup cans. The curl is lifting the weight up and toward your chest.
