That lower body workout at the start was killer. My hamstrings felt “hamazing” 😅. I couldn’t convert my tabletop into chakrasana so had to just go into chakrasana from bridge pose. And that Pilates 300 was like a dessert sizzler with my core sizziling 🔥 away but feeling oh so good after the intense main course. Thanks alot Coach Rashmi!

Love this series! You always kick my butt and push me to do more than I think I'll be able to...youre awesome! Wanted to mention, KZbin ads interrupted the video 2 times which is not only annoying but frustrating to have to stop the workout to skip the ad...can that be prevented? Thanks again for a challenging but worth the accomplishment at the end class!

Thank you. Glad you're liking the fit30 series. About the ads, that's the way youtube works. And that's the only way you can have access to free content and the only way we can keep putting out free content. You could switch to youtube premium that doesn't have ads.

The reason I asked about the ads is because I subscribe to a few youtube yoga instructors that have 45-60min long classes and they don't have the ads in the middle, just ads at the beginning and at the end. So I was just curious if it was a setting or something 🤷♀️

As a warm up it's good to do surya namaskar before your Asana practice. You cannot just do an Asana practice without warming up. So if you don't do surya namaskars you have to do someting else to warm up

There is no exercise specially for your face that will reduce the fat. If genetically you have big cheeks thats how it will be. Once you start losing weight all over your body your cheeks will come in a little bit may be. There is nothing such as yoga for reducing cheeks or jaw. Your jaw line is fixed at birth.
