Just subbed today i am coming back from 28 surgeries in 8 years i had just 3 of those this year on my hip left side got infected 3 times one came loose now i am facing number 30 now on the same hip cup not holding right hurts like you know what but i still get up and build my Muscle and Strength.

Blur man Cris Bumstead was at 180-200 gr protein diet on his last Olympia prep. Do you really think that this guy needs more than double of that to make gains? As i told you Phil, Jay, Coleman ate around the same amount of protein and they carried 3 times more muscle. Most of the extra calories he eats are just becoming waste!

What's interesting is that he's had a considerably lighter calorie load than other athletes, but he's hit some good macros. I like his planning. I'm intrigued as to how he and other athletes can get away with a pre-workout meal though, given that we're supposed to leave a gap of an hour or two. Also, is Steve left-handed or right-handed?

How long should you space your meals out? I’m a hard gainer so when I do eat a big meal I’ll start feeling hungry again within 30-am hour.

If you're a hard gainer, try drinking your calories. Meal timing isn't all that important. Just get the cals in.

I honestly envy these people. True professionists in their job, they spend their entire day in eating and training. Normal people can't reach these results for many reasons. First of all: the price you have to pay every week when you go out of the supermarket. A 5000 calories diet could cost approximately 250$ a week, it depends where you live, but the majority of people couldn't spend 1000$ a month for eating. Then all of this takes you most of the time you have in a day, if you work 8hrs/day you simply can't cook, eat and wash all that stuff. Maximum respect for him, it's his job.
