People don’t know how important is it to have a serious plan. They think “Ahh. It won’t happen to me. We’ll be fine.” Think again. You never know what could happen so it’s always important to be ahead of the game and to be educated just in case there is an emergency. Especially knowing how to grow your own food! Technology is so dominant in this current world. It’s crucial to learn how to do things yourself without the help. Thanks for this video Kristina!! Be well🥬💜

I spent so much time putting this video together and editing it, and I'm sure there is something I missed. Please feel free to share how you might/are preparing below. Also, I just want to say that no matter if you believe a shortage is coming or not, Winter is around the corner, and these sustainable tips can be helpful to you in so many ways! If there was one thing you could do right now, it would be to STOCK UP on seeds. Sprouting seeds, microgreens seeds, growing seeds...SEEDS. Here is my BLOG POST with all a complete list of my recommendations and links from this video: www.fullyraw.com/blog/2 I really hope you love this video. Please share it with your family and friends. 🌹🦋🌱

we live in a small apartment in the chicago region. Any tips for this? We currently own an aerogarden and right now we are using it for microgreens, I also have four sprout jars that we use for sprouts, and the nama juicer, excalibur dehydrator. We use a lot of frozen fruits and veggies in the winter, and I am growing my own cabbage and kale since they like the cooler weather. Any other advice? Your videos are so very helpful!

@@jamieraby7734 It sounds like you're doing great!! Many congratulations to all that you're doing. I was speaking with some master survivalists, and they repeatedly kept emphasizing the importance of having a reliable source of water. I would make sure you have a good source of water or gallons stored. Also, I'm getting a small mini freezer for the garage so I can keep extra frozen fruits. I hope this helps!

Kristina kudos to you, glad someone in the vegan community is raising prep awareness. you've brought up valuable tips I hadn't thought of as a mostly raw vegan . However! It's important to have some canned goods like beans, especially for those of us in cities because if power goes down for extended period then that means clean water will be scarce and rice and beans require alot of water and fuel source to cook. Those of us living in Northern climates have a short growing season and may not have access to fresh produce in an emergency shortage, so it's only for these reasons I suggest cooked canned nutritious goods for such emergencies because they're ready to eat. No electricity, gas or water required in dire circumstances. Having said all that, I still love all this important info, well thoughtout. Thank you for this Kristina 🙏
