@StraightOuttaMoria
@StraightOuttaMoria 8 жыл бұрын
Yeah not denying that at all mate, but when you're talking about world records and the 0.1% at the top, they're all doing that shit. Like 700lb pullers are dime a dozen in the elite, but 900lb+? Very few humans have ever even been capable of that, even with a lifetime of drugs and training.

I think it's because that's where his back "rounds"? Like, support the "weak" part. Not that I'd dare call anything weak but you get me!
@LaggardlySort
@LaggardlySort 6 жыл бұрын
A lot of people wear it too low. It's supposed to be around your abdominals so you can brace your abs against the belt, but a lot of people wear it almost around their hips which essentially does nothing.
@thebear8982
@thebear8982 6 жыл бұрын
Because of the belly. Probably where he feels comfortable with it too. Amazing strength but hate the way he drops it from the top of the rep. You can lower it quickly without fatigue

That's just a weird thing to say...are you saying you're weak if you don't deadlift 800 pounds? There aren't many people in the WORLD who can do that yet that is the "bar" for weakness....you've got to be fucking kidding me. A dude who weighs 70kg and deadlifts 200kg is definitely weak....because he doesn't deadlift 800 pounds...

Muhammad Abdulla That's my current goal 400 for 8 & I am close; well 405 for 8 technically. I want to get a very strong deadlift, though because I've always been pretty good at back exercises like weighted pull ups, muscle ups, hammer rows etc. One rep max calculators puts a 405 10x deadlift around a 525-540 max.
