I had a similar experience as you-honestly I feel like lockdown was one of the best things that happened for me fitness-wise. Before that I just went to the gym and kinda tried to do the weight machines. Never did much for me. Lockdown forced me to go online and find people like Lily that showed me how to work out for actual results. Bless Lily and others.

Doing this twice a day for 13 days along with one of her older workouts Day 1: really felt the burn in the morning with the other, but in the evening was way better. Obviously no results yet, but I'm not gonna give up Day 2: easier today, might see results but might just be less bloated Day 3: easier today, might do it 3 times a day tomorrow to try it Day 4: merry Christmas eve! Definitely way easier today, and started seeing results. Couldn't do it 3 times today, I might try to tomorrow Day 5: merry Christmas! Was only able to do it once today, because I was spending the whole day with family, but I realized that I lost a pound from the last time I weighed myself. Idk if it's because of the workouts or not, but thought it might be worth mentioning Day 6: I was too sore today to do it more than once, it really burned today. Day 7: 1 week in! I was still really sore, and I got a little sick, so I did this once at 1.5x Day 8: Day 9: Day 10: Day 11: Day 12: Tay 13:

Joined you during lock down as i couldn't go swimming and walking wasn't doing it for me . I had done workbout with bodycoach coach but found the pace too much for me. But you offered more and i felt great. So when i return to swimming i also stayed with you on KZbin. Thank you for mixing it up for me.😊 xx

I can't remember the actual date I joined but you had around 1 million subscribers and I get excited alongside you when it goes up! Congrats on all your success! You got me into exercising.. I started with your 30 day challenge back in the spring of 2020 durning the hight of the lock down. It was a year and a half after my 2nd child and I really wanted to get into shape but hated working out. After doing your 30 day challenge I was hooked and haven't looked back. I've never enjoyed doing core exercises until now. I have my favorite fitness influencers for different types of training, but you're my favorite for abs. I've been doing your ab exercises for a little over a month and I definitely feel a difference. I feel stronger and I'm slowly starting to notice my stomach get a little flatter and firmer. Doing this twice a day for 14 days. This is my 7th exercise from her Day 1: quite easy to do, still tiring. i layed down for the first one because i felt like it was way to easy with my as arms supporting Day 2: i did it. I just realized smth. I am going to holiday soon with my family and we will be sharing a hotel room. So i wonder if i would have time to exercise cuz its embarrassing to exercise with others around. Maybe i could use the hotel gym Day 3: done. Tiring but it wasn't that bad overall Day 4: donee Day 5: ate some frozen Yoghurt before this. Idk if it was a good idea... I feel more energised so I did the exercises with more energy, buttt my stomach is grumbling. idk if that's a good thing Day 6: done. I have been doing your exercises for months and i don't have abs. Probably because i dont diet. I eat a balanced meal but i don't rlly have a list of what i shouldn't eat Day 7: what does she mean by 'pull your core in'? Day 8: i did it. Few more days Day 9: done. 👍 Day 10: I did It. I decided to try and make my own exercise routine after this one is finished

Visible abs are less about how big the muscles actually are, and more about how low your bodyfat percentage is. To lose weight you need to be in a calorie deficit, and this exercise burns way less calories than you think it does. And for weight loss avoid fad diets, a healthy way of losing weight is rather slow, and you can't spot reduce. Also this is more of an endurance exercise, to optimally grow muscle you should train like a bodybuilder.

@@manhwa_life8102 If you just want to burn some calories, any cardio will do really. But you can't out exercise a bad diet, I had to pedal in the gym for 30 minutes with 150+bpm to only burn 250kcal, which is like a chocolate bar. If you put on muscle your resting metabolism will increase, bodybuilders eat a lot of food for a reason, but building muscle is also very slow.

maybe you have more fat in your chest area. i’m not trying to be rude or anything, i have more fat than muscle in my chest but i can feet my core getting stronger while i do this exercise. try and see if fat burning exercises will help :)
