Hi. This is a new workout for the abdominal muscles, abs to the burn in just 5 minutes a day! The workout takes a little time to keep yourself in shape. It is also possible to do 3-4 of these laps with a rest interval of 5 minutes between laps.
Press workout consists of 10 exercises, without rest between exercises, so calculate your strength and intensity to reach the end!
Remember, no exercise will help you lose your belly, exercise is a supplement to your healthy lifestyle and diet! Count your daily kcal intake, create a kcal deficit, work out together with me and soon you will get rid of your stomach and get those coveted abs!
