this workout came in the right time ! much needed gentle movement before period, just repeat for 3 sets and 30mins workout is done

결혼하신 이후에도 여전히 열심히 운동하고 요가하시는 토끼 미지님 정말 대단하고 멋지시고 이번에 새 레깅스 입으신 거 같은데 역시 몸매 비율이 워낙 예쁘고 좋으시니까 안 어울리는 레깅스가 없으세요~!🧡 요즘 장미꽃 머리로 자주 하고 나와주셔서 다시 한 번 감사드리고 정말 초보자 분들한테 딱 맞는 동작들로만 가져오신 거 같습니당💙 저도 요가 경험이 없지만 스트레칭 느낌으로 잘 따라할 수 있을 거 같아서 오늘 저녁 먹고 바로 해보겠습니당❤️ 오늘도 행복한 밤 되시고 매일매일 사랑해요~!😊🐰🌸
