I’ve been doing this for 2 months now… yes it helps but of course it isn’t magic. I still don’t have super strong & ripped abs because I know I have to be more careful with what I eat BUT I can say that my lower stomach has been improved, I mean it’s less fatty and my waist is a couple of cm smaller. So I’llm keep doing this. Good luck everyone and keep trying 💪🏼

You need to increase timing in order to have a better result.. or you can rely on counting instead of timing.. it's really effective.. for example, do each exercise 5 set each set has 10 times or more.. in general you have to do 50 times or 100 times if you can in all the sets combined.. and if you can't do it from the first time, you can start with 30 times in 3 sets and increase it gradually.. it's my method in exercising.. I see fantastic results.. hope this will help you or help anyone reads my comment..

Ich bin völlig begeistert von Mizis Workouts. Ich versuche jeden Tag ein oder zwei Workouts von insgesamt etwa einer Stunde zu absolvieren. Es macht unglaublich Spaß, weil die Workouts so motivierend sind. Große Empfehlung von mir. Ich fühle mich inzwischen richtig gut und fit. Vielen Dank Mizi 😊

It's incredible how each exercise burns but at the same time it's low impact and not at all difficult. I don't pretend that in 2 weeks my body will have super marked abs because to tone you need low body fat (healthy diet) but I do want to improve resistance and I feel that the routine can be maintained in the long term. I loved the music. ¡Thanks Mizi! :) Day 1 🍓 Day 2 🍓 Day 3 🍓 Day 4 🍓 It burns, it burns, once you improve the routine in contraction, breathing, the position of the waist with the mat, taking care of your neck seems silly but you take 100% advantage of the exercises Day 5 🍓 today hurt more Day 6 🍓 Day 7 🍓 Day 8 🍓 Day 9 🍓 soo 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Day 10 🍓 Day 11 🍓 Day 12 🍓 Day 13 🍓 Day 14 🍓 Day 15 🍓 Day 16 🍓

Just completed 89th day of my belly workout excluding 11 resting days ! Definitely my bidy is toned but it was best toned two months back when i ised to exercise thirty minutes a day now I do it only for 15 minutes a day but very persistently doing it so the effect is not as visibke as it was on my abs two months back so thirty minutes a day workout is best to tone your entire body !
