After developing the strength and stamina with intermediate level one should focus on getting muscle size.In this episode everyone can gain muscle size and gain weight.This schedule is single body part schedule so,that one should can lift heavy weights and the time of rest is also from 2-3minutes between sets.

@@preetsidhu6660 Bro, it is always debate-able and a controversial topic among bodybuilders, but combining them both (doing bicep and alternatively) used mostly when gaining strength and sharping muscle, but while trying to gaining some muscle mass, it is good idea to hit one body part at one time for optimal growth. PS: Start with your weak part is the key, like i start with biceps.

These health magazines are just advocating lifting heavy weights.Irresponsible people writing articles.Its time someone sue them.They don't advocate proper precautions like warm up,slow weight lifting progression etc.Thousands of people have injured themselves at home.Sir ur coaching is good.English channels dont give that connect.Very nice work and advice.Why don't u open ur franchise in other states

Hi sir, I really appreciate you efforts towards helping others, this generation really wants good knowledge like you gives, plz continue the same... plzz tell to your camera man take the shot properly, for e.g. if mukesh G is doing bench press he will show his chest instead of showing how he is doing, how he is taking up and down dumbell, because of that we miss many things and sometime we'll be miss guided by ourself(Might be he did like that). Plz look into this & Guide the camera man, Really appreciate you efforts.. Thanks..

Good trainer and really enjoying your videos but please tell your cameraman that don't focus too much on the muscle because we can't see the angle how he is holding the weight and how he is standing and how he is moving during the exercise.
