For people who says that the trainer is not fit himself. Know that what matters is knowledge and experience not the body. He is someone who trained many athletes and has immense respect amongst his students. Trainers with good physique are ok but what's important is trainer with experience and great knowledge. In fitness industry it's very important to choose a right guru else you'll end up going with a trainer whose good with body but constantly selling you stuff. Worse some serious life long problems. A real guru will make sure how he can give you results with the existing resources and also help you understand your own body. Met this guru once in Mumbai at a fitness expo. Really down to earth and a good human being.

Yes, just watch the video with Tarun Gill where the master describes how he started the gym in 90s and helped students with his own money, etc. Very, very humble, dedicated and loving person.

arey guruji aap jara dhire counting dijiye aap 20 rep pe count kr rahe hai aur mukesh sir 12th rep pe hai... to wo dekhne me accha nhi lagta jese wo exercise kr rahe hai wese aap counting do na aap to fatafat gin lete ho 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20.... aur mukesh 12 th rep pe hi hote hai ..... aap jara dhire counting dijiye guruji......

bhai..watch carefuly he is counting time not reps .. at starting he told mukesh sir to do that exersice for 6 to 7 minutes and he is not having a watch so it can be concluded that he is trying to count the time..😂😂

Maybe he is NOT counting the reps, it may just be a fixed timer count, like counting for 10 seconds (instead of 10 reps).

ami d 15kg (empty bar)×30 20kg (b+2.5plate+2.5plate)×30 25kg ×30 30kg×20 35kg×15 40kg×8 reverse men jao aur ye sab phir se karo is baar har set pe plate Utarte Jao . light se med tak, agar heavy karna his to dusra tarika hai ye Maine try Kia hai 20kg×20 30kg×15 40kg×10 50kg×5 60kg×3 70kg×1 This is called reverse pyramid basic idea ye hai ke reps ghataana har baar weight bad hate Jana hai aur phir uska ulta karna hai

I have deep respect for my gym trainer. He makes me do first set of 25 reps, followed by 20 and 15. I used to earlier question him for making me do so much reps. Until I started seeing results

Sir jay hind .. Sir mera weight 53 kg hai. Or mai Athlete hu, or 5km event krta hu . But mera core fat jldi jldi bad jata h . Diet mai me roti hi leta hun ,in a day 10-14 roti. But fat core fat kam nhi ho rha h or abs ke upr ka fat bhi nhi ghat rha h .... So mai kya krun .please sir suggest me...
