I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.
The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. All my videos give perspective on why many narcissists do what they do and the possible different reasons behind them. The victims and survivors get validation and the Narcissists (those that are willing) get to see that you can get help and that you are not alone.

Stay strong, delete phone numbers after you have blocked them, don't forget block all social media accounts too. After a month, you will feel 10lbs lighter, after 2 months, you'll start enjoying old hobbies you used to enjoy. Just keep looking forward, don't look back!

This is very unfortunate. I experienced this once with my ex. This last situation was enough for me. His discard was my closure, I know he found new supply and I loved the person I met but I learned that this guy doesn’t know who he is. I watched his patterns for a while so I was a few steps ahead of him. Hes an empty vessel who lacks empathy. Im not responding to any forms of communication from him. He is forever ruined because he will continue to go from woman to woman and consistently be unhappy with himself. So many will end up as collateral damage. Hes dead too me and I mean no harm when I say this but Enough is enough. He cant live if I dont give him life.

@@cpet5048 Im 47 yrs old and I can say that this is alot. Its been 5 months since the discard but he did it and had a new one waiting. It hurt like no other, I felt foolish for a long time. He has smeared my name throughout out neighborhood and mutual friends. His mom and siblings told me what was going on and i was in shock. I just wish he would go away and never hoover back my way. I already did the ultimate thing and I exposed his butt. So stay gone!!

I had no idea my girlfriend was a narcissist until she ghosted me. I told her over the phone i wouldnt buy her anymore gifts. I cut her supply. I could tell there was something wrong. She's vanished. Looking back I can now see she had some strange behaviour a few subtle red flags. She lacked empathy and affection. I thought that wasnt narcissism. She never told me that she loved me. They will say they're sorry for everything and they just thought of you the other day and hope you're happy. Don't even reply, they're not sorry. Even if they are, who cares

Ghosting is a very good thing to do if the person is toxic and treats you like yesterdays leftover scraps. I don't give abusers a second chance, I don't forgive, however I don't get revenge either, I slam the door on them emotionally straight up before I have built any connections with them. They can plead, ask for forgiveness all they want, and I don't care how good looking they are, how rich they are or how poor they are, they are gone, banished, finished. I ghost people if they are unkind. Be nice to people if they are nice to you, however beware the snake, these people are nice to you because you have something that they want, and I am quite aware of the tactics men use.

Love your response! Women in new friendships do it as well as men. You can be texting and talking on the phone and building what you think is a new friendship and responses from both sides are timely and consistent and then boom out of nowhere no response for a month! I will always give someone one chance. When they respond after a month if they don’t acknowledge the distance or have an excuse I file that in the red flag file and then usually within a very short time boom it happens again. If I send somebody a text question and specifically ask what their thoughts are and they ghost me for a month that’s it, they’re done, door slam. Block, delete. They always eventually respond as if I just sent the text five seconds ago versus five weeks ago. They’ll respond only by answering the question and not with any kind of oops sorry I didn’t see this sorry it took so long, nothing. At that point I’m guessing they think you’ll be so happy to hear from them that you’ll just fawn all over it but for me oh my goodness it sends me running for the hills. What losers. There’s no reason to have a conversation with someone who does that because they know what they’re doing. They’re blowing you off on purpose for control and to destabilize you n make you feel less than…so at that point there’s nothing left to say.

Here's the hook that I would add to this video: ghosting is not a passive act. The ghoster understands: this is a situation which demands for me to explain why I am now making my exit. If it was as simple as that person is no longer interested (which IS true--the worst you can do is feed into false hope) they would probably just say so and THEN ghost. The person BEING ghosted has become a source of overwhelm: "I cannot deal with ending this, because I can't deal with the beginning, either". Your pain is the source of guilt, for all the lies. This makes them feel bad -- and theyd prefer to feel like the good guy. THEY want to write the story of the relationship. Sometimes you represent buried, repressed feelings that they have a long history of represaing anyways and now they just cant handle it. The idea of your pain and suffering and humanity is too much for them. It makes them feel like a f*** up. They play an authorial God--and try to erase you, to write a new story where they are infallible and superior. Just remember; they know you exist. In you, they see the ghost of themselves; they made you needy, helpless, emotional, and instable so that in leaving you that way, he may never have to see it again. I really wish there were actual enforced standards in dating relationships. It would save people so much pain and heartache.

This is a great comment. The expression "being ghosted" is a doble side coin. That person remembers you very well, so it's an important memory. It's a narcissistic injury. It's all manipulation as it's hierarchical thinking. The narcissist doesn't want to feel a failure, yet increases this feeling by lying to himself and thus needing more and more intense supply, as the guilt and shame increases.

I stop having any sex with the one I was with along time ago because I didn't trust him. He lied so much and I really stop caring about him and started asking him to help me out. Start doing your part. I told him don't keep coming over him and you don't ever have any money. Expecting me to buy everything. I was forced to leave him and still feel guilty I went no contact after he ignored me all day - I had endured one too many silent treatments and had to leave. Asking him for closure is like begging him for an explanation, and he will view it as permission to do it again bif you eventually resume the relationship. It's time to heal, move forward, and put yourself first! Never beg anyone for anything! Friends, family, relationships all cords need to be cut and released if they're toxic. I have family on mom's side that some I ghosted, some ghosted me, and some who came into money ghosted everyone because suddenly their 💩 doesn't stink. As a friend once told me, the more emotionally healthy you get, the less drama and manipulation you will tolerate in your life. Can you expand on this topic a bit more, because I really want to have healthy communication within my relationships. But I'm at the point where experience has shown me that it's pretty much pointless to even tell someone when they've done something to hurt you even if the person isn't Narcissistic. It's either an ingrained pattern of behavior, or a moral incompatibility. If a person has done a careless action in the first place, they don't usually care to change it or see anything wrong with the behavior. So, my question is: How do we know when to have discussions with people and when to just ghost?

When someone ghosts you it's because they feel worthless. They have hierarchical thinking. In that relationship the person was looking for approval, that's why they finish so "easily", because they feel rejected from the beginning looking for someone who can accept them while being defective, and that of course is self-degradating. If you didn't give them that because you have dignity, they go for the next to see if they are more stupid than then, more defective, so the private hierarchy goes in their favour. How is ghosting different than NC? I feel like when I left and went NC and didn’t reply to his texts, that I sunk to a level that didn’t feel right and felt manipulative. I feel instead that communication would have been best after I left

Ghosting is completely gone, even if you text them, they won’t reply it’s done. No contact is waiting for someone to reply back, and when someone does after a week or month, the ball can continue rolling again and usually ends up in a make up or just being in a positive state. Ghosters have issues

Now when I try to discuss the issues w him, he downplays them or ignores them and now he's ghosted me after 2 weeks of contact. My heart hurts... This relationship has been so confusing and tiring

I had this girl that I really liked but that was also in a relationship ghost me for two weeks then pretend she was oblivious and didn't realize she did it when she came back. That was one of the first sign she gave me that something was wrong with her. thank God I didn't get involved with her and was just friends, figured out what was really going on. It's amazing I thought I was in love with her but she had all the same negative qualities my mom had. it was like a re-enactment lesson🏞 I somehow stumbled on all the videos about covert narcissists thank God just in time, she could have destroyed me. It helps so much when you have the terminology 2 describe all these things going back to childhood.

There is no substitute for the value of the understanding provided by this authentic source. While we can know we were wronged, the hellish bafflement of not understanding the what's and why's is worth every listen ...every moment... to a man who in the process of helping made a choice to expose his own past. Allowing himself to be vulnerable for this cause has been so beneficial to me like closure itself. Like a narcissist Rosetta stone. And I would not begrudge him any financial gain for the information I have gleaned here that is truly healing.
