I was thinking Gordon was a bit rough on the instruction at the start with the crab and had good sympathy. But when he cut 1cm+ squares out of peppers and considered that finely diced, didn't even bother mixing and didn't understand the concept of forming in a cookie cutter I lost sympathy. I'd probably have done worse.
