Holy crap, I recently started making homemade Pico De Gallo, recipe taken from ArnieTex on KZbin, and it’s freaking amazing. I personally add half the salt, more lime juice, and more onion than his recipe. The spice level I’m still figuring out, I use fresh jalapeños for mine. I also add a whole clove of finely minced fresh garlic to ArnieTex’s recipe. I didn’t even think until he talked about using guac and salsa for his rice and chicken that I can just use my freaking Pico De Gallo for more than breakfast burritos and chips. I could put it on chicken and potatoes even. So much veggies I’m getting into my diet from it and it’s really, really healthy. I highly suggest anyone who likes Pico De Gallo to try Arnie’s recipe.
