I relly like it when you are in the front your high level of anergy makes it easier to follow along because you make it clear with body movement what you are doing. I can count my moves. But ey Kodwa... If you move and the people in the front don't have the same energy...it gets a bit confusing. I love you! My glutes are on fire.

Like bending to where you are comfortable and strengthening the knee in that movement and working up to bending more? Not sure lol 🤷🏾♀️ that is what I plan to do though!
